[Passive] Path of frost: (from frozen rabbit) leaves a trail of frost giving allies bonus movement speed and slowing enemies who pass in the trail.
[Basic attack] fires frozen arrows dealing full Ap and applies 1 frost per hit to enemy champion, 6 stacks roots target for .3 seconds and after lvl 6 to 6/.9/1.2seconds at levels, 6/9/12 respectively.
[Q], Wolf dash: (mid range skill shot) fires a spirit wolf 600 units in a target direction, hold to channel for up to 3 seconds increasing damage by 10% Ad and adds 1 frost stacks per rank, max 3 ranks deals 45/60/90/110/130+(70 Ap) and deals additional 20%ap magic damage to feared and rooted targets, 5s CD, 20s after max rank.
[W]Howling wind : (aoe selfcast.) Tallow howls fearing and slowing enemy units within 400 units of him for .3/.6/.9/1.2/1.6sec and adds 2 frost stacks. Dealing 40/60/80/100/120 +(40%ap) 12 sec CD.
E Ice pounce, fires a true shot arrow in an arc to a target location dealing 70/90/110/130/150 true damage (+45%ap) and leaves the arrow at the center creating the path of frost effect in a 200 units area for 6sec, recast to transport Tallow the arrow. 12 sec CD.
[R] Cold front: The wolf howls freeing Tallow from tenancy and causing him to enter wolf sync for 30secs. Wolf sync: increases magic damage by 20% shorten cooldowns by 20% and empowers abilities 3 minute cooldown.
Empowered effects:
Q wolf dash gains increase range to 800 units and is recastable up to 3 times with no cool down (if not held down)
W selfcast knock back and root 3sec. frozen targets take additional damage from all sources.
E extends area of path of frost to 500 units and summons 2 frost wloves for 8s to deal 40% Ap +20% Ad and revealing stealth enemies in area, each wolf adds 2 frost stacks and slows their targets by 60% for 1s, champions cannot be attacked by a wolf for 2 seconds of they have already been attacked.
Champion Breakdown.
Tallow is a witty marksman who uses frost to slow while he and his pack move in on enemy champions. Tallow is best used from afar but is greatly rewarded for closing in on targets, his Q allow him to carefully aim at his target, launching a wolf to dash to them dealing damage and slowing the target of hit. This ability can be used to first cripple an enemies movement in order to close distance.
His W allows him a moment of quickly make an escape to reposition or to scatter the enemies closing in on him as he picks them off 1 by 1, a great move for either a retreat or an engage.
E allows him to reposition or deal true damage to enemies standing in the location. Tallows ultimate allows grants him an increase to his damage and increased range to finish off frozen enemies
for 406 AP and a hefty crit of 952+203 LB proc every time potentially procing Luden's as well for 140 damage.
with 20% cdr runes for 1,097 AP. So 1,097(1,316 with R) damage each hit and 175% attack speed using Hail of Blades(2.4-ish attack speed), since 3 attacks should kill most targets with nearly 4,000 damage dealt. Not including his basic abilities.
