Gaela and Darkin[champ concept]
Ok so this is inspired by this post : https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/0cPmdrmw-i-think-theres-a-really-cool-possibility-for-the-female-darkin-that-we-havent-seen-yet As well as the idea of the Darkin being based on the 4 horsemen.
The idea first started as a Noxian woman who stole Yordle glamour magic. After realizing I have no fucking clue how that'd work and that she would feel like a LeBlanc clone, I looked at other ways to create a character who can swap between old and young forms.
I decided it's possible a Darkin could use blood magic to make this possible, similar to Vlad's using of blood to keep himself young.
So, the basic idea is Gaela and the Darkin cohabitate within Gaela's body. Swapping between forms has her switch between a hobbled old woman, and a young and fair maiden with slight abnormalities, such as pinkish skin, and a few stray spikes.
Her ultimate would of course be a form change and she'd have unique abilities in each form. For her passive, she would actually have three different resources. Standard mana as well as an extra resource for each form. Using one of her two resources, rather than consuming it, would instead convert it to the other extra resource.
Her gameplay would be focused on balancing her extra resources to plan out spells while constantly changing forms.
Gaela's form would have a focus on enchanting and helping allies, while the Darkin form would have a focus on controlling the battle field.
I'd want her to be support oriented so preferably low scalings.
In addition I thought of a unique ability that is shared between forms. A unique buff or debuff known as equilibrium. It lasts for just a second, and can be cast on both enemies and allies. When an allied equilibrium champion takes damage, it is halved after resistances, and the attacking enemy takes the other half as damage instead. Casting a healing or shielding spell on an allied equilibriumed champ makes the heal or shield aoe. Casting equilibrium on an enemy causes damage to them by Gaela or the Darkin to be spread in an aoe manner similar to Hydra.
Her joke animation could be her balancing her staff on her hand and making a comment about never losing balance, only for the staff to start to tip while she frantically catches it.
