Back to topic: Actually always wondered the same, but right now it seems like the doctor/nurse skin line is ninja exclusive....
Make it an ultimate skin; have her riding around on a scooter when the passive procs and have Soraka make "WeeWooWeeWoo" sounds while she does it.
Extra points for calling it "Banambulance Soraka".

if people don't know: the nurse akali skin is a lore based skin where her, shen, and kennen all posed as clinic personnel for an assassination. the best skin for soraka to fit the ambulance theme would be "riot soraka" being a riot medic.
Soraka M.D. or Nurse Soraka would make sense. Bonus points if her staff is replaced with an I.V. drip.

I don't think Soraka needs a nurse skin the same reason Aurelion Sol doesn't need a dark star skin, Diana doesn't need a blood moon skin, etc. Skins are meant to show your champion in an alternate universe. Soraka already is all about healing so it'd sorta be a wasted concept.
I'd rather see a Soraka that doesn't heal, for example, but instead kills shit. Reaper Soraka fits that fantasy.
