Yeah, feeding a hyper carry who sucks in laning phase may or may not bring consequences. I can't say much about Trist though. She has her W which makes her laning a lot safer for a hyper scaling carry

Comments like this expose one's lack of knowledge of League.

A huge portion of a champion's power (and scaling) in this game comes from the amount of gold (items) they have. If you get fed and have a lot of items, it shouldn't matter if you're a hypercarry and it's before 35 minutes.

twitch i will say is just a little bit too safe early game, or more specifically his early game isnt weak/vulnerable enough to punish to the extent his powerful late game team fighting power would need for compensation. tristana on the other hand is just straight up safe at all points in the game.

How is he safe at all? His can't disengage and has horrible stats early. He can only win trades if you're stupid enough to let him auto you 6 times without returning any autos back. I agree for Tristana

bro did you not even bother to read the entire middle portion of what i said? i clarified what i meant pretty clearly. im not saying hes a god early, im saying that he isnt quite weak enough early to justify his late game power (imo nerfing his e base damage at the start of the game slightly would make him totally fine imo). its not hard at all for him to play safe early

And I'm saying that unless you're a complete idiot, it's easy enough to completely bully the shit out of twitch to a point in which his early game is justifying his late. Besides, with the games being extremely short, it should be easy to win vs Twitch before the 35+ minute mark

You provided no content. There's nothing to argue here.
Twitch doesn't even use shiv. He goes BorK into Hurricane, last time I checked. He's as likely to use Shiv as Ashe is. That is to say, not at all, unless the item becomes so unbelievably busted (double current damage, at least) that everyone buys it.
I mean, Yasuo doesn't even use it anymore. And he actually would crit 100% of the time with those two items, as opposed to 50%. I'm not buying shiv being OP until Yas is back to using it all the time. Until then, it's situationally strong.
Voldemort was never scary. The guy couldn't even fully take over a fucking school, and he decided that using a spell to try to kill a baby was better than...oh...I dunno...throwing him out the nearby window

imo voldemort was never even that scary. my personal favorite book villain as far as the sheer intimidation goes Galbatorix is my favorite (from Eragon). you dont even see or hear the man for the vast majority of the series and yet hes still this terrifying force who literally has an entire continent hiding under a rock because hes strong enough to immobilize 2 fully grown dragons from a few hundred miles away

oh goodness thats a loaded question my frienderoni. Eragon will always be my top choice because i grew up along side it and that first book is what was probably the big kickstart to my love of reading. plus its incredibly well written and extremely thought out (he literally invented languages for it) and i love how you can see his skills as a writer improve throughout the series. after that though my next favorite is the 7 Realms Series, first book being The Demon King, also incredibly well written, very very cool story idea with the whole back streets gangster king meets rebellious princess + magic (i feel like i made it sound really cliche but its lit). i suppose i should ask what sort of stories do you like?

i was thinking :

Q: blind stays for 10 seconds and deals dmg over time for 5 seconds( 50 dmg/second) + lower cdr W: teemo moves faster + leaves a bloody trail behind him than poisons anyone who touches it . E: His E can now blind , poison, inflict grievous wounds and deals magic damage over time until you die ..(sounds balanced to me ) R: when you step on a shroom you get magic dmg + 40% less MR for 10 seconds. and once you die , your body becomes a mushroom . :)

Make shrooms deal 10% more damage for each person that dies from their poison.

Because they weren't scary enough.
