I enjoy playing Kindred but...

... let's be honest, Kindred really has a hard time finding a role to fill right now. You can't engage as well as Zac and you can't CC and peel as well as Sejuani so what does Kindred do really?! I find that Kindred is mainly focused on jungle pressure, but because you need to go to the enemy jungle go get stacks to become relevant enough to attempt to gank it can be extremely difficult to play them like that. If they get behind GOOD LUCK. They don't really have bounce back potential like Jax who can go 0/3/5 and then late game comes around with a item 3078 and item 3812 and can 1v3 you to win the game get 4 honors and end 18/4/5, trust me I've played him enough to know that he can, and I have done so. But I've never, that I can remember, won a game as Kindred to my knowledge... Even when I start off 11/4/6 I'll still lose. I've seen great kindred players, but I feel if they were gonna splice abilities of champs together at least give them the useful abilities .... Vayne 's 3 shot percent health damage on an active? And you only let it apply a slow??? Their only chase potential is their q, summoner 4 and item 3142 if they buy it and you give them 0 hard engage?! Make mounting dread part of her passive, with slightly less scaling and remove the slow. Then to replace it give them something like Quinn 's vault but allow it to target wards so they have more safe invaded. I mean seriously, if Kayn can literally walk through walls to heal, get a slow, or knock up, heal based off damage and 100% dodge skill shots, then why would anyone need kindred compared to a multipurpose fighter with better sustain, damage, utility, and safer invades. Plus withLeeSin running around how can they beat that? Plus their ult is 50/100, half a dozen the other, it'll either save your team or get you all killed, plus you can get knocked or pulled out of it so it's not that great. All the while you have no displacement to get the enemies out of it, plus the healing is laughable when compared to a Fiora ult. I'm just saying......

i feel like if they let her team mates kills towards camps count towards her passive stack she would feel so much better.

you should try her as a crit adc trust me its better then you'd think shes a extremely good lane bully to most adc/support combos and with a support like leona or taric she can destroy a lot of bot lanes and with your marks on them and the early mark you can get on scuttle next to bot if your good with kindred you can get some pretty cheese wins against people that dont expect her dmg or her doing good in general

I started picking Kindred up after her mini rework (for a lack of a better name) and I've personally found unexpected success with her. After hearing that RedKin, an amazing Kindred player from NA, started going thunderlords a long time ago I decided to give it a try and it has made me fall in love with the champ again. It helps thier early dmg in skirmishes and it makes u able to contest early stacks against their jungler. I'm only gold 5, but to me kindred has become this snowball hypercarry that is unstoppable if you manage to get the ball rolling. Sure, without stacks it might become a little harder, but since their kit opens up to a lot of skill expression and outplay potential, all you need is a single good stack to get back into the game. This is all my personal experience and I'm enjoying them more than ever. To me, they're an incredible hyper carry with great early game dmg and an inevitable lategame powerhouse. Plus their thematic is definitely my favorite along side my baby Bard.

Like I said, I go thunderlords with this build usually: item 1412 item 3006 item 3087 item 3031 item 3046 item 3812

Occasionally: item 3026 item 3153 item 3156

Idk if this is the optimal build for her but this is what I've had the most success with.
