Marly, the Untold Truths
Marly a Demacian vastayan that resembles half-human and half-owl, like a witch that has never aged since she was 15, actual age is unknown.
Marly has been in the shadows this entire time, watching Demacia from afar in isolation, seeing their highs and their lows. Until one day she has seen enough and decided to come out of hiding to do something about what has just gone down...
Whenever an event occurred, Marly created a mirror formed from her magic, creating thousands of mirrors over the year all containing visions of the past. Everything that Demacia did, everything they are hiding, everything they lied about, all is about to come unraveling at the very seams before their very own eyes. How will the nation react? What will they do? Will they still be loyal to their nation? How would the rest of Runeterra respond to these visions? Only a matter of time before we get these answers...
Marly is a mirror utility-mage. She can also play as a very unique style of marksman.
Setting up her mirrors and then leashing beams of magic to bounce all over the place for either a ton of damage or a bunch of healing.
Attack Range: 450 units Attack Speed: 0.700 +3% per level Attack Damage: Low Movement: 335 units per second
Charge Beam (Passive):
Marly charges her attack when she does not attack, up to 30 - 100 (+60%AP) bonus magic damage over 3 seconds, minimum 7 - 25 (+10%AP) bonus magic damage on hit. Minions are dealt 25% of the damage after the first time of being struck by Charge Beam.
Magic Beam (Q):
Cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4/3.5 seconds; Cost: 30/35/40/45/50/55 mana; Range: 900 units
Marly blasts a magic beam in the target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180/210(+60%AP) magic damage to struck enemies. If it makes contact with a Magic Mirror, it will bounce to nearby Magic Mirrors. Minions are dealt 25% of the damage after the first time of being struck by Magic Beam.
Demacian Justice (W):
Cooldown: 3 seconds; Cost: 45/50/55/60/65/70 mana; Range: 900 units
Marly blasts a healing beam at the target Magic Mirror, healing allies it passes through by 20/35/50/65/80/95(+30%AP) health, and then bouncing to a nearby Magic Mirror.
Charge Beam and Magic Beam will absorb into a healing beam if they make contact with it. Afterwards, the healing is increased by 30/35/40/45/50% and damage is increased by 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% respectively, up to 60/70/80/90/100% increased healing.
Let It Be Known (E):
Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7/5 seconds; Cost: 45/50/55/60/65/70 mana; Range: 700 units
Marly swaps places with the target Magic Mirror in the blink of an eye, gaining 70/90/110/130/150/170(+75%AP) shield for 1.5 seconds and refunding Magic Mirror's current cooldown. Marly acts like a Magic Mirror during this time.
After 1.5 seconds, Marly swaps back with the Magic Mirror she initially swapped with.
Magic Mirror (R):
Cooldown: 3 seconds; Cost: None; Range: 450 - 700 units
Marly creates a Magic Mirror at the target location for 10 seconds or withstanding 5 enemy champion attacks to destroy it, revealing the area around it. Magic Mirrors interact with each other when they are within 600 range. The same effect cannot return to a Magic Mirror it has previously interacted with.
Passive: Marly can send her basic attack to a Magic Mirror by "attacking" it when in range, damaging all enemies it passes through and then bouncing to a nearby Magic Mirror if any are within range. All damage on the attack is converted to magic damage when this occurs.

Let It Be Known: Cost increased to 45/50/55/60/65/70 from 45 mana Is now 700 range Reworked to swap places with a target Magic Mirror for 1.5 seconds and grant a shield for the duration, after 1.5 seconds will swap back with that same Magic Mirror and refunding Magic Mirror's cooldown on cast FROM Refunding Magic Mirror's current cooldown and for the next 2 seconds reduces Magic Mirror's base cooldown to 0.5 second
Magic Mirror: Range based on level lowered to 450 - 700 from 450 - 900 units
