Champion Concept (Rune Writer)
This particular concept is a little strange, but I think it's interesting, and I'd like to share it with you all. Please tell me what you think.
Notes: This champion does not have cooldowns as all abilities instead wind up. This champion writes runes on the ground, and can have a total of (5, 6, 7)(levels 1, 6, 11) runes on the ground at any time in any form of completion. CDR reduces the drawing time for the rune. Runes are activated by pressing the trigger again while standing on top of the rune. (Runes can be left in mid-completion and resumed by standing over top of them and pressing the cast button again. Damage does not stop the drawing of the runes. Runes cannot be destroyed by enemies. Runes cannot be drawn over each other.) This champion has no mana costs to account for the fact that he/she already has severe power-gating with the cast-times. Auto range: 550
Passive: Moving towards a rune gives 15/20/25 bonus movement speed.
Q: Draws a diamond shaped rune on the ground. When activated, the next auto becomes a skillshot that travels to the target's location on cast and explodes either when it arrives, or if it hits the orginal target between the route. Damage (magical): 50/75/100/125/150 (+50% AP) + 30/45/60/75/90(+30% total AD)(over 3 seconds). Casting time: drawing the rune takes (4/3.5/3/2.5/2) seconds. Duration: The rune will stay on the ground for 15 seconds.
W: Draws a square shaped rune on the ground. When activated, this champion gains a shield for 75/100/125/150/175(+30% AP)(+10% max HP) for (1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5) seconds. Casting time: drawing the rune takes (8/6.75/5.5/4.25/3) seconds. Duration: The rune will stay on the ground for 22 seconds.
E: Draws a circular rune on the ground. When activated, this champion stuns all enemies in an area 300 in radius for 1.75 seconds, dealing 125/175/225/275/325(+65% AP)(+30% total AD) magic damage. Casting time: drawing the rune takes (9/8/7/6/5) seconds. Duration: The rune will stay on the ground for 22 seconds.
R: Draws a six pointed star rune on the ground. When activated, his/her abilities become actives, with cooldowns equal to their cast times, for (4/6/8) seconds. Additionally, during this time, any ability used over top of a rune of the same type consumes the rune, dealing twice the damage and applying twice the status changes. (eg, double shield, double damage, and double stun.) All 'cooldowns' are reset after the duration ends. Casting time: drawing the rune takes (12/10/8) seconds. Duration: The rune will stay on the ground for 30 seconds.
