Valentina, the Gunslinger

Hi everyone! I have another for you guys to read and give feedback on. Currently, my previous two March ideas have been doing pretty good. Hopefully, I can continue that with Valentina. Anyways, let's do this!

Basics

Homeland: Zaun

Friends: Ekko, Vi

Rivals: Jinx

Class: Marksman

Lane: Bottom (Off-meta tank killer {that means top})


Powers

Passive: Bloody Mess

Valentina is a master marksman. The further out Valentina stands, the more damage she deals. 2.5% extra damage per 100 range.


Q: Quick Shot

Range: 1000

Mana: 45/50/55/60/65

Valentina fires two shots rapidly from her pistols in a line. The bullets deal 25/50/75/100/125 (+ 20% AD + 5% AP). If Double Up kills a unit, it refunds the mana spent.

Cool down: 7/6/5/4/3


W: Deathblow

Range: 750

Mana: 45/55/65/75/85

Valentina throws out a knife in a targeted direction. If the knife hits someone facing her, they are dealt bleeding damage that deals 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of their max health as damage. If the knife hits someone facing away from her, they are slowed by 20/25/30/35/40%. The knife deals 55/75/95/105/125 (+ 45% AD and 5% AP).

Cool down: 8/7/6/5/4


E: Toxic Grenade

Range: 750 (throw), Range: 520 (explosive)

Valentina throws out a compact toxic grenade. This grenade fumes hits a circular area dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+ 0 AD and 45% AP) magical damage. The fumes stay for another 1 second dealing 20/25/30/35/40 (+ 0% AD and 15% AP) magical damage per .5 seconds.

Cool down: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds


R: Name is a WIP

Range: (matches her attack range) 650

Valentina has the ability to purchase bullet types from the store. These bullets have varying effects based on the type purchased. These can be changed at any time at the store. Also, this power doesn't reset if you buy different bullets while on cool down.

Bullet types:

Light-weight: Valentina gains increased attack speed while using this bullet.

Tracking: Valentina gains constant sight of the target and the area around them.

Freezing: Valentina gains 30/35/40 lethality.

Shocking: Valentina gains a % chance to stun someone with these bullets. The stuns lasts .75/1/1.25 seconds.

The ability lasts 2/2.5/3 seconds.


This art is now my own work. I will look for proper credits. This is just used for visuals. Only difference would be that my idea of her has longer hair.

If you double the damage of an auto, and most ADC's do almost 1000 damage per auto, you will be doing about 2000+ damage.

This is an interesting idea, but it seems like if Lucian and Vayne had a bad baby.

Nice to see you branching out

P: Dealing more damage when she is further away from her enemy sounds odd, since from her name she uses guns which would lose damage with longer range. Gameplaywise this makes her much more vulnerable to divers, since she loses a lot of damage when they can get close to her (kinda like Aurelion) which sounds interesting as it gives her clear weaknesses and strenghts. The name doesn't seem to fit with the effect though.

Q: Pretty basic, but the name is already taken MissFortune

W: My only problem is that players with quick reactions could theoretically choose the damage depending on the Knifes speed (I assume a bit of traveltime here unlike say Cass R). Kinda odd to suddenly switch to knives when you already have guns.

E: Considering Q is already a pretty straightforward damage tool the effect seems lackluster.

R: Increased Range, AS and Damage remind me a lot of old KogMaw Shouldn't using a second pistol only increase her AS or her Damage and not both?

With her R and passive she would probably result in a protect the Kog'Maw playstyle for her team. Overall she does feel a bit lacking in terms of niche as she doesn't do much that other champions don't do already. With Gunslingers there is a lot of potential for new Ammo mechanics and uncovential playstyles and this concept could use a bit of that.
