I think itd be hilarious if he was massive but had the exact same small voice. Imagine Teemo saying in his high squeaky voice "I never skip an arms day" or, "You look like you could use a protein shake" or "I have some biceps to spare, you want some?" or "Lets hurry this up, I have a cross fit class to teach later"

But him having a gruff and manly voice could still be hilarious. Like what if he was small, but jacked and had a really gruff voice.
