Imagine Teemo saying in his high squeaky voice "I never skip an arms day" or, "You look like you could use a protein shake" or "I have some biceps to spare, you want some?" or "Lets hurry this up, I have a cross fit class to teach later"
But him having a gruff and manly voice could still be hilarious. Like what if he was small, but jacked and had a really gruff voice.
