Why can we only get one chest per champion?

for us who only play like 4 champs at most its not that cool, I think gettin an S should give you one, but im just glad Riot does this

It'd be way too easy to get chests then.

I main Ryze, I had 4 ryze games in a row where I got at least an S-.

I get Ses on ryze more than you would think. Again, too easy.
