said no one ever he either 1 shots anyone or is an unstoppable split pusher or he is both

How many posts is this about being salty with zed? like, 300th? You guys are so goddamn dumb sometimes. He still has a risk factor and is vulnerable to all ins if he harasses you with his shadow. He may be good at escaping ganks, but only when he has his shadow off CD....
can we just make it so his shadows are like 
E'd people, they can take damage and a portion (10% damage transfer to zed himself)
Making it so he can actually be hurt at least from a failed gank like always. making it so he can be harassed for using his shadow wrong/ getting out of ganks for free.
Or he plays against competent opponent and doesnt snowball and become useless.

He is just an incredibly poorly designed champion. His assassination pattern is easily countered outside of a 1v1 situation and specific items entirely negate his burst potential (and thus his entire purpose). As a result, he is forced to have an incredibly overpowered and oppressive laning phase so he can get an item advantage and strike before he becomes useless.
He needs to be reworked from the ground up, starting with significant changes to his ultimate which is where all his problems stem from.
