In this game mode, players just keep banning until there is only 10 champions left. Then, the left over champs are randomly assigned to the players and the game is played like a normal game.
Short, sweet and simple.

Maybe if the champions were all banned RANDOMLY but 10! This way, we don't have to wait freaking 15 minutes to get 120 champions banned.
Or the system could autoban a substantial amount of the champion pool (maybe 90?) randomly, then the players take turns banning the remainder until 10 remain.
Evolve the idea and actually ban them all. Play as Blackmarket Brawler minions, which can be upgraded. =b You can still have regular minions, of course.

Or what would be really nice is that each game the system bans ALL champs except 10, 12 or 15.
NO bans are allowed for any player. Regular draft phase after. With the available champs, you have to make a decent comps but risk getting your champ stolen. If there is only 1 tank in 10 champion, maybe you will secure it in the first pick. Would make this very strategic, thought a bit random.
The only problem I see with this is that some champions could never be selected if the in-game players does not own them.
