A quick curiosity to the Skins team/ Art team

I was just curious about something. When you guys went to updating the older champs, I noticed there are a few skins that no longer look like the skin art shown. (The biggest offender here, is Phantom Karthus, who's skin itself is more or less the same as the chinese art.) To start, is there a chance that we can get updated skin arts? Granted you guys are working on new arts for the base champs first, but more than few of us would still like to know if the skin arts are going to be changed eventually. On the subject of phantom Karthus, what was the initial reason why he was redesigned to look more akin to Sauron than to the phantom of the opera?

Speaking of updating skins, can we get any news on whether some of the older champs that haven't been updated, at least get updated skins to give them a somewhat better look? (This is mostly because I really want to get Gentleman Cho'gath, but his current look unfortunately doesn't justify the 1820 RP as of right now...)
