I don't understand... Isn't the point of Karthus to Run into the middle of the Enemy team with his E and throw Q's till he gets nuked out
Then continue throwing Q's for a bit and Ulting, to pick up the Penta?
Or is that just me?
The high base damage and the reliability of the E makes it pretty decent to center the build around. I love playing tank Karthus. People underestimate his sustained damage in teamfights. Just a bit of MPen, some speed, and lots of defenses... what a fun time.
