Charuk, The Inferno's Rage
So, this character interestingly enough is developed from an altered concept developed during my DnD campaign. I believe it has strong potential as a Zone Control Tank, similar to Nasus or Maokai.
Passive: Agent of Chaos Charuk posses a secondary resource, Chaos, which can be gathered up to 100/125/175 Chaos scaling at levels 6 and 11. Upon taking 20 damage before resistances, Charuk gains 1 Chaos. Upon reaching maximum chaos, Charuk discharges all Chaos, dealing True damage equal to the amount of Chaos collected. If Charuk reaches maximum Chaos within 3 seconds of being at 0, the damage increase for each adjacent enemy by 25/50/100/150/200%
(Q) Pyre of Wrath Charuk erects a pillar of fire as a target location dealing (Some Scaling amount of Magic Damage). This pillar persists, as a Wrath Pyre, dealing (The same amount of Magic damage) over the course of 4 seconds, dealing damage ever .5 seconds. to all target standing on it.
(W) Flame Shield Charuk surrounds himself in a sphere of flames for (Some amount scaling with MR and Armor) . When this shield is broken, it ignites the enemy which broke it for twice the value of the shield over the course of 3 seconds.
(E) Agonizing Chains Chains erupt from Charuk, attaching to all targets within twice his melee range, slowing all targets affected by 10% dealing damage to all targets affected until they leave the area of the chains. Passive: Conflagaration - All nearby Wrath Pyres refresh their duration, and link themselves to nearby targets, the damage and the slow stacks.
(R) Eye of the Storm Charuk drains all of his Chaos, gaining a stack of Storms Fury for each Chaos. Charuk blinks forward, erupting from the ground in a explosion of fire dealing magic damage in an area surrounding himself equal to (15%/15%/20% of AP + 25%/30%/30% of AD + Storms Fury) Physical Damage every .5 seconds. This ability persists so long as Charuk posses at least 1 stack of Storms Fury, losing 20/15/10 Storms Fury every .25 seconds. Passive: Eternal Inferno - When Eye of the Storm is active, any time Agent of Chaos is triggered, all expended Chaos is converted to Storms Fury
So Charuk is styled to be a dangerous tank that runs into the middle of a team fight, dealing persistent AoE damage and wearing down the frontline by turning the enemy team's damage against their tanks. Charuk would excel at being what keeps a team in the game and prevents a singular fed enemy from snowballing the game out of control. While lacking any significant individual ability to kill, his lane pressure, zone control, and team chase down potential, he would be the bane of squishy high damage enemies.
