I think the most sense would make to give the skin line some kind of theme again. Like Azir was an emperor and Vi and Garen were his guards, or Lux was the lunar empress and Nasus and Warwick were the heavenly dogs.
Best fit in my opinion would be (like you mentioned) Sejuani as a noble leader of a warband and then we put 2 elite warriors at her side.
