KIT Urgot Marksman (hybrid Warden) Health- 520 (+70 per level) Health Regen.- 6.5 (+0.55 per level) Mana- 340 (+40 per level) Mana Regen.- 8 (+0.7 per level) Armor- 27 (+3.5 per level) Magic Resist- 30 (+0 per level) Movement Speed- 335 Attack Damage- 42 (+2.25 per level) Attack Speed- 0.675 (+2.5% per level) Attack Range- 425 (Ranged)

Passive- Life Force Link Innate: Whenever Urgot damages an enemy unit, they are applied a stack of Weaken for 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, causing them to deal 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5% reduced damage. This debuff stacks up to 5 times. For every stack of Weaken on an enemy champion, Urgot gains 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% increased damage. Levels: 1/4/7/10/13/16

Ability 1- Zaunite Terror Converter Active: Urgot fires a missile in the target direction, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+60/70/80/90/100% AD) physical damage and healing Urgot for 3/6/9/12/15% of the damage dealt. The healing is increased to 6/12/18/24/30% of the damage dealt against enemy champions and large monsters. Cost: 10/20/30/40/50 mana Cool Down: 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds Range: 1000 Projectile Speed: 1650

Ability 2- Hextech Shield Capacitor Passive: Whenever Urgot is damaged by an enemy affected by Weaken, he stores all of the damage reduced as Hextech Energy. This appears as a resource bar underneath his mana. Urgot can store up to 100/150/200/250/300 (+5/7.5/10/12.5/15% max mana) Hextech Energy. Urgot cannot gain Hextech Energy while Hextech Shield Capacitor is active. Active: Urgot gains a 10/20/30/40/50 shield plus additional shield equal to his current Hextech Energy stored. Whenever the shield is damaged, Urgot's Hextech Energy is reduced by an equivalent amount. While the shield is active, Urgot's basic attacks and Zaunite Terror Converter's deal bonus physical damage equal to 11/12/13/14/15% of his current Hextech Energy. The shield lasts until destroyed or until this ability is reactivated. This ability can be reactivated 10 seconds after use. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cool Down: 25 seconds

Ability 3- Zaunite Reaper Anchor Active: After a 0.75 second delay, Urgot fires an anchor in the target direction that attaches to the first enemy champion hit, dealing 70/95/120/145/170 (+90% bonus AD) physical damage and linking them to Urgot for the next 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. While linked to Urgot, the enemy is Grounded and cannot move more than 550 units away from Urgot. Urgot gains 125 increased basic attack range when attacking the linked target and his basic attacks against them are electrical pulses that travel through the link between him and his target, not counting as projectiles. While Noxian War Mortar is active, Urgot's attacks are not modified against the linked target. While linked to a target, Urgot is rooted and cannot move. Urgot can reactivate this ability after 0.75 seconds to break the link early and be able to move again. The cool down for this ability begins once the link ends. Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana Cool Down: 17/15/13/11/9 seconds Range: 800 Projectile Speed: 2000

Ultimate- Noxian War Mortar Toggle Off: Urgot gains 5/15/25 flat movement speed. Toggle On: Urgot gains 200/300/400 increased basic attack range and his basic attacks will fire onto where his targets' current position is upon the attack being unleashed. Upon the attack landing, it will explode dealing 10/30/50 (+100% AD) physical damage to enemies in the area and applying on-hit effects to every enemy hit. On-hit effects that are consumed will only affect the target Urgot aimed at in order to fire the basic attack. It will then leave acid in the radius of the explosion that lasts for 3 seconds, dealing 20/30/40 (+40% bonus AD) physical damage and reducing the bonus armor of enemies within the acid by 5/10/15% for 2.5 seconds every second. Every basic attack while this is toggled on will cost 30/35/40 mana. Cost: 30/35/40 mana per attack Cool Down: 1.5 seconds Explosion AoE Radius: 200 Acid AoE Radius: 200

This rework is focused on reworking Urgot into an Artillery Tank that focuses on reducing the damage the targets he hits deal through his Passive, Life Force Link. Late game he can reduce the damage dealt of enemies by up to 25% for 5 seconds after hitting them 5 times and, if he lives the dream in a team fight, boost the damage he deals by up to 50% if he can damage every single champion on the enemy team 5 times within 5 seconds of each other. His new ultimate focuses on becoming an actual Tank for Noxus, gaining increased range and causing his basic attacks to deal AoE damage and leave a pool of acid that damages enemies heavily who stand within it. However, during his ultimate, his basic attacks can miss if his target can get out of the area of effect in time so Urgot relies on his allies to keep his target still to unleash his fury upon them. He could be brought Top, Middle, or ADC Bottom just like on live right now for decent effect in every role. He is a rather durable Marksman and can seriously bully someone out of lane with his brutal kit that revolves on overpowering his enemies through brute force and spreading the damage to perhaps eventually live the dream of reducing the entire enemy team's damage output by 25%. It is an unrealistic goal, but dang would that be the dream.

This is not a rework, it's a buff in every single way.

This is just a relaunch, and a broken one at that.

You are turning a ranged bruiser into a full on DPS, but a DPS who is also tanky as hell.

You preserved two of the most boring parts of his kit (Passive, Q), but removing two key mechanics (His W slow and lockon) and removing his highlight spell (his ult). Seriously, removing that is about as good of an idea as removing "Stand United" in a Shen rework.

The passive is cool, but incredibly broken.

Q gives too much healing since it is based on your damage dealt, and his passive gives up to 50% damage amp.

W is interesting, but overall too powerful.

E is really cool, but is completely overpowered when you consider that it makes it completely impossible to escape Urgot, who in this version has unreasonably high damage and durability. It has a similar power level to Blitz hook, and the rest of his kit is not weak enough to allow something like that.

R is completely broken. Toggle to get 925 attack range, splash attacks, armor shred, and 10% damage amp. Oh, and the acid. Every auto attack leaves a 250 radius zone of "fuck you" for 3 seconds.

By the way, you were close to his fantasy in your description; He is an artillery tank, but there is one more detail. Urgot is an "artillery tank" who performs his bombardment from within enemy lines. This is important; it's the weird playstyle of ulting into the enemy team and proceeding to cut them, pierce them, and burn them until they try to run, but can't quite escape your grisly form.

Man, this is definitely one of the better rework concepts. It really takes the old feeling and increases on it majorly. While his lack of mobility is still a bit of a problem, this would solidify their place as the artillery-tank type.
