More reward skins

I think the game needs more skins to be rewards for accomplishments. Making people strive for something. Positive play should get a skin, every ranked tier should get their own skin. Heck, maybe you could even do a "if you get x pentakills in ranked with this champion" you get a skin.

I just think it would be super cool to have skins actually be measures of accomplishment, rather than just measures of who spends the most money.

I also think it would be funny to have skins that measure poor behavior. Like a dunce skin automatically applied to all feeders, or if youre toxic often, you have to have a stinking cesspool skin.
