Hello boards :D Thanks for looking at my champion concept. This guy has been in my mind for a long time before i ever thought of making it an actual champion concept. I had some trouble coming up with an interesting passive and basic abilities, but i already had the ultimate. Now however, I believe that he is finally ready for some feedback from you guys :) Big thanks to Delacare for helping me make this champ :)

If you'd like to see more of my work, take a look at some of my other concepts: Sham'a, The Candle Maker, Trystain, The Fae Knight, Gullveig, The Wailing Witch and Juniper, The Forest Guardian

Name: L33T **Gender: ** (presumably) Male **Race: ** Unknown **Birthplace: ** Unknown

I will add things like quotes later on when i have the time (and inspiration) to come up with more then 3 sentences XP

Lore: Of all the strange creatures that roam Runterra, none are so strange and bizar as this fellow. Calling himself Leet (or “L33T” as he spells it himself), he travels around the continent, needing no sleep or sustenance, doing seemingly nothing useful. People very rarely speak with him, and if they do, they say he is utterly mad. He constantly talks to himself or to an invisible entity he calls “the player”. He seems to delight in making other people miserable…or just utterly confused. Nothing he does is constant and anything he says is random. Everywhere he goes, chaos follows….

Appearance: I wanted him to have a bit of a cyber look while still being some kind of mage like being (even though he is made to auto attack more then use abilities...). The pic i found is not mine and i take no credit for its creation. I just use it as a general example of what I have in mind.

Playstyle: L33T is supposed to be a unpredictable, hard hitting melee assassin, that is especially good against tanks and the like. I imagined him as a champion that counters the need of many players to be able to be in control of everything in the game. His passive already makes him a wild card and his ultimate will make any enemy team rage as L33T happily skips through a group of confused champions. As the ultimate troll champion he ofcourse has some drawbacks. Like i said, his passive makes him a wild card with which its hard to plan out a strategy in advance, and none of his abilities actually scale with anything he builds...

Passive: Cheats L33T’s complete randomness gives him a permanent crit chance that will jump to any random number between 10% and 60% every 5 seconds but cannot be increased or decreased in any other way (Meaning: Building additional crit chance will have no effect whatsoever). L33T’s first critical strike against an enemy unit will cause the target’s next 1 (lvl1) / 2 (lvl7) / 3 (lvl14) basic attacks, within 5 seconds, to miss him and in stead damage the enemy champion for 10% (lvl1) / 20% (lvl7) / 30% (lvl 14) of the damage they would have dealt for as long as the Cheated debuff is applied. L33T’s abilities have additional effects towards cheated enemies that consume the cheat. Killing cheated enemies will result in all of L33T’s cooldowns (except for Glitch) being reduced by 3 (lvl1) / 4 (lvl7) / 5 (lvl14) seconds. Cheated champions cannot be cheated twice and will be immune for the debuff for 5 seconds after the effect ends.

Q: Psych!! Active: L33T glitches towards a target location, becoming immune to basic attacks and rooting all units in his wake for 0.5 seconds. If he encounters a Cheated champion, he snaps back to the front of the cheated champion, damaging and stunning it for 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2.0 seconds.

W: Malware Active: L33T infects a champion or monster with a malicious virus, dealing moderate damage and reducing the victim’s defenses (magic resist and armor) by 12% / 14% / 16% / 18% / 20% (+5% per 1000 of their health) for 3.0 / 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5 / 5.0 seconds. In addition, L33T’s auto attacks have a bonus 15% crit chance on-top of his passive against enemy champions infected by Malware. If the unit is Cheated, L33T Hacks them and steals 5% (+10% of their Armor) of their Health as well.

E: Delete Passive: L33T's critical hits will deal 215% / 220% / 225% / 230% / 235% damage in stead of the usual 200%. Active: L33T's next basic attack will automatically critical hit and thus apply cheat on an enemy. If a target enemy is already cheated, the critical hit will do an additional 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% of the original damage in an area around the target, transferring the Cheat to all hit enemy champions and reset its cooldown to 1 second.

R, Glitch!! Active: L33T taps into the game itself, targeting the enemy player. For 3 / 4 / 5 seconds, all controls for a target champion are scrambled and the mouse movement is inverted. Any cheated enemy champion in the game will suffer from the same effects. Delighted by the mayhem and confusion, L33T laughs globally and gains a large bonus to movement speed and attack speed.

Feel free to give feedback on his kit and idea :D I will try to react to all of you but be patient if it takes more then 3 miliseconds...

This is a really cool concept!

The only think that is a little off-putting is the idea of a crit mage, but other than that he seems like a pretty solid champion. Could you explain a bit how inverted mouse would work?

If you are going to downvote, at least say why...

I'd prefer a character that breaks the fourth wall in a more subtle way, like Deadpool did in the comics.

Like maybe have a crazy character who complains in his dialogue that it feels like someone else is controlling his actions.

Plus, every aspect of L33T's kit feels pretty overpowered.
