Champion Design > Role: Support Design: Muscular Man wrapped in many chains. There is a lock over his heart that binds all the chains together. Drags a Large Ball and Chain. Attack Power: 3/10 Ability Power: 5/10 Tank Power: 9/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Voiceover: Very deep voice, like a mixture of Sion and Thresh.

Passive - Vortex of Chains > A large vortex of chains circles around Jag, granting him a shield for 10/12.5/15% of his max health (At levels 1/8/16). While the shield is active, enemies that come near Jag take 30 (+0.45 AP) Magic Damage and are rooted for 0.75/1.00/1.25 Seconds (At levels 1/8/16). > The shield will refresh after 15 seconds of being out of combat if broken.

Q - Lockdown | 20/19/18/17/16 Second CD | 60/65/70/75/80 Mana > Jag places a beam of soul steel at a target location that lasts up to 10 minutes. > If Jag targets an enemy champion with lockdown, they are bound to the nearest beam of soul steel to them. While bound, the enemy champion can not move farther than 1000/950/900/850/800 units away from the soul steel, and must auto attack the soul steel 3 times to unbind themselves. > Unbinding themselves will destroy the pillar of soul steel.

W - Locked Gates | 30 Second CD | 100 Mana > Jag places a gate in between 2 walls (Can not be more than 700 units apart). This gate becomes solid terrain that is impassable by both teams until either Jag is killed or Jag right clicks the gate. It takes 3.5 seconds for the gate to rise from the ground and become solid terrain, and only up to 2 gates may be active at any given time. Casting a third gate will get rid of the oldest one.

E - Chain Whip | 16 Second CD | 60/55/50/45/40 Mana > Jag throws his chain in a line, dealing 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.85 AP) magic damage and slowing the target hit by 95%, decaying over 1.25 seconds. > If Jag hits an enemy champion, that champion is marked and he may recast Chain Whip within the next 3 seconds. If he hits that same champion a second time, they take no damage but are stunned for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

R - Solitary Confinement | 150/130/110 Second CD | 100 Mana > Jag creates a 875 unit circle at the target location. All champions inside the zone can't see out, and all champions outside the zone can't see in. The zone lasts for 5 seconds.
