UNIT J-W81 is a very unique champion that, instead of directly combating the enemy team, will most of the time be off scavenging for supplies in order to reduce the price of items at the shop for itself. UNIT J-W81 can then neutralize these items in order to give a portion of their stats and all of it's passive effects to an allied champion at the cost of losing all of the stats and passive effects of the item for itself. UNIT J-W81 can also bribe jungle monsters to gain a portion of their gold and their smite and kill buffs without even having to damage them. He can then use another ability to transfer any acquired buffs he has into a package that can be picked up by another allied champion for them to receive the buffs as well, at the cost of UNIT J-W81 losing the buffs upon using this ability. Read below for more information.

LORE Piloted by a group of hooded yordles, UNIT J-W81 is a huge, mobile fortress made for non-combat use and setting up trade that roams the sands of Shurima. The yordles on-board are known for finding trade partners with nearly anyone and anything, even some monsters that are not entirely berserk. However, where do these yordles come from on-board the UNIT J-W81 and who are they? Not much is known about them and that is, for the most part, ok with most other yordles for the traders piloting the fortress often bring fortune and highly advanced technology wherever they go. It does leave some curious what and who is exactly inside the fortress however. Some yordles believe that the traders are engineers from Piltover who left Piltover in search of becoming rich from the land of Shurima like many others have. Some believe they are rogues that secretly transport yordle technology to secret trade partners. Some even believe that the traders are the original yordles that created the Mothership that Bandle City is now currently made around. While nothing is certain about their origins, their trade and technology is off the charts and has often drawn the eyes of many highly respected scientists, such as Heimerdinger, Jayce, and even Singed.

Passive- Trading Fortress Innate- Scrap Scavengers: The crew of the UNIT J-W81 knows how to make the absolute best out of anything. UNIT J-W81 cannot basic attack, but can travel to both ally and enemy towers, alive or fallen, and collect scrap metal from them by clicking on them and channeling for 0.75 seconds. Once the channel is complete, they will begin collecting scrap metal, which they can use to create items from the item shop. They extract 1 scrap metal every 1/0.75/0.5 second(s) and each scrap metal reduces the price of an item by 1% or 6 gold, whichever is larger. UNIT J-W81 can hold up to 100 pieces of scrap metal and, upon reaching 100 scrap metal, can create items for free without having to be near the item shop. Towers can hold a maximum of 10 scrap metal each, starting the match with 2 scrap metal each and creating 1 piece of scrap metal every 5 seconds. Turrets that are currently invulnerable generate scrap 75% slower and can only generate half as much max scrap as normal. This means they generate 1 scrap every 8.75 seconds and can only hold 5 scrap. Innate- Enduring Engine: UNIT J-W81 is a powerful machine that can travel great distances at incredible speeds. While out of combat for at least 3 seconds, UNIT J-W81 will gain a 40/60/80 flat movement speed boost until it has been in combat for at least 1.5 seconds. Levels: 1/8/16

Ability 1- Material Energy Conversion Active- Allied Champion: When cast on an allied champion, UNIT J-W81 will neutralize one of it's own items to transfer 50/60/70/80/90% of the item's stat bonuses and all of it's passives to the target allied champion after channeling for 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds. This will not give the allied champion the item, only increasing their stats and giving them any passives the items had. This will not take up one of their item slots. Once neutralized, the item will not give any stats or passives to UNIT J-W81 but will maintain any actives. The allied champion must stay within 1400 units of UNIT J-W81 for this to take place. Items neutralized will only sale for 10% value. THE SAME ITEM CANNOT BE NEUTRALIZED ON THE SAME TARGET MORE THAN ONCE. Active- Neutral Monster: When cast on a neutral monster, UNIT J-W81 will offer a trade to the monster in order to gain the monster's buff, Smite bonus, and 60/70/80/90/100% of the gold from killing them in exchange for 10/9/8/7/6 scrap metal. This process happens over 13/12/11/10/9 seconds. This will remove the smite bonus from the monster. This cannot be used on epic monsters, for they are too monstrous to make trade with. The cool down of this ability is reduced by 50/55/60/65/70% if used on a neutral monster. Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana Cool Down: 45/40/35/30/25 sec. Range: 400

Ability 2- Stamina Transfer Rod Active: UNIT J-W81 fires a rod to the target location, dealing 75/125/175/225/275 (+75% AP) magic damage and stunning enemies around it upon impact for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds. This rod remains at the location for 45 seconds. When fired, all current benefiting buffs are removed from UNIT J-W81 (excluding permanent benefiting buffs) and placed into the rod. When the rod is clicked on by an ally, the champion will channel for 1 second before obtaining all buffs packaged into the rod. Buff durations are reset when picked up. The rod can be basic attacked 3 times by an enemy champion or structure to be destroyed. UNIT J-W81 cannot pick up the rod. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cool Down: 25/22.5/20/17.5/15 sec. Range: 750 AoE Radius: 250

Ability 3- Hardworking Crew Passive: The crew of UNIT J-W81 are available for deployment. Capable of holding 3 passengers for deployment at one time, these passengers are used whenever this ability is used. These units are regained when they return to UNIT J-W81 or when UNIT J-W81 returns to the fountain. Active- Alive or Fallen Tower: After channeling for 2 seconds, UNIT J-W81 dispenses one of it's passengers to travel to the target alive or fallen tower on the map. This passenger has 400/450/500/550/600 (+15% bonus health) health, 30/35/40/45/50 armor and magic resist, and 345/350/355/360/365 movement speed. Once they arrive at the location, they will begin to deplete up to a maximum of 2/3/4/5/6 scrap metal from the tower at the normal extraction speed. Once they are finished extracting scrap metal, they will begin to journey back to the UNIT J-W81. If they make it back, UNIT J-W81 will receive all of the scrap metal the passenger collected and collect the passenger. If the passenger is damaged on the way to and from a tower, they will gain a 10% movement speed until they have been out of combat for 1 second. Active- Enemy Unit: After channeling for 2 seconds, UNIT J-W81 dispenses one of it's passengers with a gun to attack the target enemy unit for 7.5 seconds before returning to the UNIT J-W81. The unit has 150/175/200/225/250 (+10% bonus health) health, 25/30/35/40/45 armor and magic resist, and 355 movement speed. Upon coming within 500 range of their targeted unit, they will blast plasma bullets at their target every second, each blast dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+6% AP) magic damage and shredding 2/3/4/5/6% of the enemy's magic resist for 5 seconds, stacking up to five times. Each plasma blast also reveals the enemy for 4 seconds as well as slowing them by 4/7/10/13/16% for 2.5 seconds if they are currently revealed from a plasma blast. Once the 5 seconds are up, the passenger will run back to UNIT J-W81 to be collected. Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana + 1 Passenger Cool Down: 5 sec. Range: Global

Ultimate- Electrical Disruption Beam Active: UNIT J-W81 fires an electrical beam at the target enemy tower, dealing 100/200/300 true damage to the tower and causing UNIT J-W81 to be ignored by the tower for 8/11/14 seconds. The initial blast will also transfer 2/3/4 scrap metal from the tower to UNIT J-W81. This can be used on allied towers to transfer scrap metal, but will not deal any damage and will have it's cool down reduced by 50%. Cost: 100 mana Cool Down: 50/45/40 sec. Range: 900

TRIVIA

  • This champion is inspired from the creatures known as Jawas from Star Wars.
  • This champion is the only champion that cannot basic attack, can reduce the price of items, remove buffs from themselves, give stats and passives from an item to another champion, deal true damage to towers, have an enemy tower only ignore them, have more than two characters, and be able to gain the gold and bonuses from killing a monster without actually killing them.
  • This champion has the highest base health pool in the game, both at the beginning and end of a match. This is due to it's inability to basic attack and overall lack of damage.
  • This champion is tied for having the highest base movement speed in the game with Master Yi and Pantheon.
  • It should be noted that you can only neutralize one gold income to an item, similar to how each champion can only purchase on gold income item.
  • Due to enchantments all having the same name across items, you can only neutralize one of each enchantment to an ally.

COOL ITEMS TO NEUTRALIZE

  • item 3026 can be neutralized to give some extra defenses to an ally, but most importantly, give it the revive passive without the item taking up an item slot.
  • item 3504 can be given to an allied Support to give it the useful passive without having to sacrifice a slot. Since the movement speed given is a UNIQUE Passive as well, they gain the full amount.
  • item 3717 can be neutralized to give an ally the 22.5% bonus health stat to increase their health by 22.5% of their bonus health. This can allow for an extremely tanky jungler if you take Smite and can therefore build jungle items, giving them 47.5% increased bonus health. However, it can be noted that since Cinderhulk has it's name shared across all of the jungler items, you cannot neutralize 4 Cinderhulks onto one ally.
  • item 3071 can be neutralized on allied Marksman to give them the strong armor shred passive without them having to give up a high AD item for it.
  • item 3718 can be neutralized to give an ally the magic damage on-hit. This allows champions that don't usually jungle that have great basic attacks, such as Fiora and Yasuo, to also gain the magic damage on-hit. You need to have Smite to get this item however. Like Cinderhulk, you cannot neutralize multiple Devourers on the same enemy due to it having the same name no matter what jungle item it is on.
  • item 3041 and item 3141 can be neutralized to a successful ally to give them the snowball passive without taking up an item slot for an item with a more reliable passive and stats.
  • item 3172 can be neutralized to an allied AD champion to give them basically everything they need, plus Tenacity.
  • item 3078 can be neutralized to an AD assassin to give them lots of extra burst without having to sacrifice another high AD item, giving them the Spellblade passive in particular.
  • item 3075 can be neutralized to an allied Tank or Marksman to give both high armor and the great passive without sacrificing an item slot.
  • item 3087 can be neutralized to boost an allied champion's damage if they need high AD instead of the stats this item gives.

POST UPDATES Update 1

  • Mana per Level increased to 50 from 45
  • Armor per Level increased to 3.75 from 3.5
  • Towers now generate 1 scrap metal every 5 seconds from 6.5 seconds
  • Towers that are currently invulnerable to enemy attacks now generate scrap 75% slower and can only hold 5 scrap instead of 10 scrap
  • Material Energy Conversion channel time has been reduced to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds from 10/9/8/7/6 seconds when cast on an allied champion
  • Material Energy Conversion channel time has been reduced to 13/12/11/10/9 seconds from 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 seconds when cast on a neutral monster
  • Stamina Transfer Rod AP Ratio has been reduced to 75% from 100%
  • Stamina Transfer Rod now also stuns enemies hit for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds
  • Hardworking Crew blaster passengers now last for 7.5 seconds from 5 seconds
  • Hardworking Crew blaster passengers will now also slow enemies hit by 4/7/10/13/16% for 2.5 seconds if the enemy is currently being revealed by their blasters

Thanks for reading guys and I hope you will have the time to leave your feedback down below! This is a very unique champion so I would like detailed feedback please.

Starting with 2, and gaining 1 scrap every 6.5, would mean by 52 seconds into the game, you'd have a 10th of an item (if the stacks start right at 0:00). For another ten scrap to generate, it'd take 65 seconds, so by 117 ( 1 min 57 secs) you'd have 2/10's of an item done.

1:57 (2/10ths) + every minute or so would mean by 10 minutes, you'd get a new item, assuming you are camping a single tower. My only urk about this is that by camping base, you can constantly farm towers for scrap well since 5 towers, each one recharging while you excavate another tower, means you are getting a free item by supposedly 2/3 minutes in (Math is hard) since you're getting 5 times the amount of scrap income.

But that's all reliant on the next question. In his/her/its passive, you say "1% or 6 gold whichever is larger" If it ain't obvious enough 1% is larger, since at 100 stacks, it will only be up to 600 gold worth of value with "6 gold per stack". Also at 100 stack, does he buy any item for free or just lower the price? I think that could use a bit of clearing up.

Otherwise kit seems fine, but he has a severe lack of cc for a support. His Q is kinda useless early game, due to lack of "good" items, but giving an ally a bit more health/damage does seem quite useful, also considering early game, but I have to question "is it enough" part of it.

-My suggestion would be to make scrap more easily access able, and make it more of a resource to be used. If you want to keep the "buy item" passive, limit scrap gain to towers outside of the base, while dead turrets give/regen scrap more than alive turrets. -Add some sort of cc into his kit, since peel isn't enough for a support these days even with the heavy AP damage supports ( Velkoz Brand Xerath ) who still have some sort of cc.

TL;DR: Well you asked for detailed feedback so no TL;DR for you.

Other wise, I like the idea of the combos of giving a teammate another item -passive and stats- could bring. Maybe buying protections for your adc so they can free build damage or other way around. IDK but keep up the nice ideas.

I honestly feel like the channel time should be shorter... 10 seconds is a hour in league.

This is pretty complex, the only problem I have is having no basic attack. It should have something to defend itself besides it's abilities

And here I thought I was creative and making interesting new concepts.

I see all the hard work you put in this and will look to add my opinions and suggestions later.

Way to defeat convention and be truly unique.

P.S. I agree with champ log in music.
