Xepal was a strong stag who had always cherished his home and fellow heard but after he lost his son and mate in a territorial dispute he left in search of new meaning to life and began a pilgrimage to the star octohydron. After reaching the summit alter xepal was awakened to the cosmic potential of his soul, his body had transformed, it was now more of a projection or raw energy encased in an organic rock-like skin black in color engraved with runes on his shoulders and flank. Along the ridge of his back ran a gap,like a tiny rift spouting energy instead of his normal fur

He walked forward on all fours like he did all his life moving around amazed by his New apparence he could now understand the delicate cycle of life and death with this new knowledge he had found a way to regain what he had once lost

His desire required him to perform a certain ritual enabling him to revive the dead but Came at a price

Xepal needed a soul to bargain and thus he set out in search of a souls to bargain for his lost ones .

Passive: by absorbing the energy of the ground he walks restores 6% max hp over 20secs must continue moving to keep effect 15 sec cooldown .

Basic attack: raises to hind legs and flails legs to deal physical damage.

Q: Charge and trample, Project hisself to charge forward knocking back anything in his pathand dealing 60+(40ap), resetting and empowering his next auto.

W, stomp,Hold to slam the ground stunning enemies in surrounding area for 3 secs dealing 40+(50%ad)and syphoning health and Mana equally to 50%total damage delt (after stun autos are cancelled) .

E: ritual space, inscribes a seal at current location in preparation for Resurrection ritual area lasts 2 minutes 90sec cooldown, enimes entering this area take 60+(60%ap) and leaves targets with "Soul feast" dealing 20+(30%ap) and slowing (40%) while moving through decaying over 6 secs.

R: Resurrection ritual, begins channeling energies in area for 130 seconds, channeling remains active as long as xepal remains within 200 units of area.

While channeling allies entering the ritual space receive healing (40%ap) as long as they remain in the space also gaining 30% reduced physical and magic damage. Allies who die in or are near xepal can be resurrected at the cost of 40% max hp channeling costs 80 units Mana but can be shared by number of allies in the space, enemies who die within the space spawn wreaths costing 40 units shared Mana, wreaths attack enemie champions and structures within 600 units of the ritual space dealing (12%ap) with auto attacks wreaths endure 3 hits 2minute cooldown

its ok, is he like a support or a jungler? he just needs to be defined to fit a certain role

You seriously should try to avoid comparisons to Targon if you want your region to stand apart.

Isn't that kinda contradictory? We have a whole region (Shadow Isles) to show that necromancy is bad, so it really seems like he didn't understand it after all.

Xepal needed a soul to bargain and thus he set out in search of a souls to bargain for his lost ones .

Why not pick the first animals soul he comes across? Is there a requirement for the soul? What does he do after achieving this goal?


Kit:

Passive: Apart from displacements and CC seriously messing with you (stopping the effect and requiring you to wait for the next instance) it is free sustain with little gameplay behind it. Does the CD start when the heal starts or ends?

W: Stun duration seems too long and mana steal/syphon is a very unappealing mechanic, since it punishes mana users, but is useless against energy or other users (+ other designpilosophy related problems)

E: 90 seconds CD on a basic ability seems like a bad idea, since you are left with 2 basic abilities for the most time.

R: 130 seconds to channel is a long time to remain in one place and even the wraiths can't help all that well, since they can be killed.

allies gaining 30% reduced physical and magic damage

Why does it weaken your allies? This ability is very overloaded and consists of several effects that do work on their own already (Jannas heal, a better version of Zileans revive, Morde/Yoricks transformation of enemy corpses into minions).

BTW: 200 unit range is rather small (melee range is around 125-175)

Umm as for scaling I kinda left it out since I have not really understood how it works, there's most definitely supposed to be a scaling I just haven't gotten to it yet

Am assuming that you don't fully grasp the concept yet you are focusing on a minor detail each Ritual ends in a fail when he tries to bring back his family theirs the reason the wreaths are spawned there demons who consume his life force but since he's an energy bieng hes able to recharge and keeps trying I can always update the lore to show this I just didn't at the time all my posts are from mobile.

Also to that guy who said that more chapms can't come from here I have about 4 others to roll out currently and i can still come up with more .

Ok seems that you don't get the full concept it's not explained but it can be extracted from the kit description he can't revive his family for some unknown reason likely their souls are lost or already departed so each time he tries it only spawns wreaths which are lesser demons who consume his life force but since he's now an energy bieng he is able to recharge and regenerate his energy.

Also i haven't really read the taragon lore but Ozhirim is not that from what I have heard and seen it's was actually a valley with open plains, Forest hills and flowing it River the star landed on the plains and begun assimilating the area now it has a giant octohydron floating inside a seal flowing with energy.

Also to the guy who said that only one Champ can be from here I have 4 other champions to roll out and still have ideas for some others as well as a new map and game mode

What I would like is for other person's to read this lore and maybe create a character of their own and help expand on this concept as well.
