Master of the stars and all powerful creature of the universe is.... a cute little girl? With a brightly coloured and colourful long robe, one that appears too big for her, is flying through the night sky at blazing fast speeds and insanely powerful magic is able to create, grow, and even destroy stars! She may be a cute little girl in appearance, but she is actually a timeless being, and someone who is quite serious and powerful so do not be deceived by her appearance.

So what is such a powerful being doing at a place like Runeterra? Well, she first sensed a powerful, evil presence that is about to rise up from somewhere among there, so she went ahead to prepare for the battle. The other part is... she might have lost a bit of her power from "experimenting" with unique star creations, so as punishment from the other powerful beings she got sapped of her powerful and sent to Runeterra - so her presence here is not entirely by her own choosing - the rest of her power is safely stored away until she can prove herself to use power responsibly. I never said she was a perfect celestial being!


Create, grow, and destroy stars - you are a powerful mage that can decide between someone living and dying! Your gameplay is pretty simple to grasp, but you are granted a lot of choices to how you want to use your spells, you can kill an enemy or save an ally, sometimes death saves life and sometimes life causes death.

Your unique mechanic is the inability to increase your mana pool further, but bonus mana grows your power, so you need to manage your mana a lot closer for even more powerful spells! The other part of your passive is the ability to select between wanting to be like a black mage or white mage which changes the power of your ability power ratios respectively, you simply click on your passive icon to toggle between the two modes! This can be done whenever you want.


Attack Range: 600 units Movement: 340 units per second Attack Speed: 0.625 +3.5% per level Attack Damage: Low Mana Pool: 600 +50 per level


Celestial Power (Passive):

Sle'X cannot increase her mana pool from bonus mana, instead she multiplies her non-ultimate ability power ratios by 100% (+5% per 100 bonus mana).

Sle'X can choose between having her power into White Magic or Black Magic, she can do this at any time, simply click on this passive's icon to switch what mode you are in.

Black Magic grants your ability power ratio to offensive effects while White Magic grants your ability power ratio to be on defensive effects.

Creation (Q):

Cooldown: 1 second; Cost: 25 mana; Range: 800 / 300 to 600 units

Sle'X forms a miniature star at the target location for 4 seconds, granting sight and causing 20/30/40/50/60 to 40/60/80/100/120 magic damage or health per second to nearby targets respectively depending on the size of the star. Targets can only be damaged/healed from one star at a time.

Black Magic: Deals an additional (+20%AP) to (+40%AP) magic damage per second. White Magic: Heals for an additional (+15%AP) to (+30%AP) health per second.

Growth (W):

Static Cooldown: 0.15 second; Cost: 30 mana; Range: 1000 units

Tap or Hold: Sle'X grows the target star, a star can grow and expand a maximum of 5 times, causing it to gain 20% increased sight radius, effect radius, and damage/healing. For 1 second upon receiving growth, enemies/allies struck by the star are slowed or hasted respectively (minimum 10% for 2 seconds).

Whenever a star gains growth, its duration is extended for 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1 additional seconds

Black Magic: Slows by (+5% per 100AP) for 2 seconds. White Magic: Hastes by (+8% per 100AP) for 2 seconds.

Destruction (E):

Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 50 mana; Range: 1000 / 300 to 600 units

Sle'X destroys a target star for 40/60/80/100/120 to 80/120/160/200/240 damage or healing respectively depending on the size of the star.

Black Magic: Deals (+40%AP) to (+80%AP) additional magic damage. White Magic: Heals for (+30%AP) to (+60%AP) additional health.

Super Nova (R):

Cooldown: 150/120/90 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 1000 / 375 to 750 units

Passive: Sle'X restores 10/25/40(+5 per 100 bonus mana) mana over 5 seconds when she is out of combat for 5 seconds. At rank 3, gains this restoration while out of combat for 5 seconds with enemy champions.

Active: Sle'X creates a super nova from the target star after a 0.5 second delay, dealing 120/160/200(+75%AP) to 240/320/400(+150%AP) magic damage depending on the size of the star and stunning struck enemies for 2.5 seconds.

Afterwards, Sle'X gains 80/120/160 bonus ability power and gains the benefits of both Black and White Magic simultaneously for the next 3/5/7 seconds.

(Super Nova cannot be amplified by Celestial Power.)

(I was just thinking about Luden's Echo type of mana and its boost, but players will definitely be buying Archangel's Staff, especially for the gold hairpin passive with unable to increase your mana pool further with items, so Archangel's fully stacked mana (1400) would be creating too potent of AP ratios while also reducing your mana costs (the mana to AP it converts is hard capped). This change just puts it in line, while also making the player commit harder to building mana items for the big late game damages.)
