Passive - Prismatic Justice > After casting an ability, Neo summons a Neon Shuriken to use for his next basic attack. This Shuriken deals 10 (+10 Per Level) (+1.0 Bonus AD) Physical Damage and applies on-hit effects and can critically strike. Max 3 Shurikens at any time. > If a target is killed with a Neon Shuriken, 30 energy is restored to Neo.
Q - Flowing Colors | 50 Energy | 12/11/10/9/8 Second CD | 825 Range > Passive: Attacking an enemy marks them for 4 seconds. > Active: Cast on a marked enemy to blink behind them and deal 30/45/60/75/90 (+1.0 AD) Physical Damage.
W - Lightwalk | 30 Energy | 16 Second CD | 300 Range > Flips off of a target, dealing 80/130/180/230/280 (+1.0 AP) Magic Damage and lunging backwards 600 units. After landing, Neo becomes invisible for 3 seconds. Attacking using a Neon Shuriken does not break stealth.
E - Rainball | 80 Energy | 8/7/6/5/4 Second CD | 675 Range > Neo conjures a sphere of pure colors and throws it at a target enemy champion, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+1.2 Bonus AD) Physical Damage and slowing them by 40/50/60/70/80% for 2.25 Seconds. > Rainball applies Flowing Color's mark effect.
R - Ardent Purge | No Cost | 90/70/50 Second CD > Neo purges himself, gaining 30/60/90 Attack Damage and 125 Movement Speed for 7 Seconds, and becoming invisible for the duration. Neo's auto attacks and spells will not cancel his stealth, however, Neo also loses 125% of his Armor and Magic Resist for the duration. Neo can still be revealed by True Sight.
