Hi, I have a new idea to present. Dakota Wayshrine, the Soul of Equilibrium.

Name: Dakota G. Wayshrine

Homeland: Unknown, nomadic

Friends: N/A

Rivals: Lissandra

Class: Fighter (subject to change)

Secondary: Mage (subject to change)

Lane: TOP or MID

Powers

Passive: Perfect Strikes

Dakota hold both light and darkness inside of him. Each basic attack he deals will do either light or dark. The second attack will always be the second form.

Light: Deals bonus true damage and heals him for a % of his missing health.

Dark: Applies DoT damage to his target worth 30% (+15% AD {increases by 1.2 per level}) of his max AD over 3 seconds.

Q: Shadow Swipe

Range: 975

Mana: 48/51/54/57/60

Type: AoE

Dakota slashes out from a distance, dealing damage in rectangle form. The damage is worth 70/110/150/190/230 (+80% AD). The ability will silence people for 1 second if his dark passive is active.

Cool down: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

W: Holy Assault

Range: 750

Mana: 50/55/60/65/70

Type: Skillshot

Dakota launches his blade of light forwards, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+60% AD) physical damage to all it hits. At any point during the blade's air duration, he can teleport to it and slash out with it to deal AoE damage worth 60/90/120/150/180 (+60 AD) physical damage. The AoE area will be larger if he has his light passive active.

Cool down: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 seconds

E: Paralyzing Bite

Range: 1

Mana: 90 (all levels)

Type: Self Buff

Dakota forces the energy of his darkened side to empower his next attack. The darkness from his blade will paralyze his target for 1.5 seconds, increased to 2 seconds if his E is used with his passive dark power.

Cool down: 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 seconds

R: Undying Light

Range: 1 (for self buff)

Range: 850 (for AoE)

Mana: 100

Type: Self Buff / AoE

Upon activating his ability, Dakota becomes enshrouded in light. Should his life be reduced to 0, he will instead become stone. After 1.5 seconds, his soul will rejoin his body and heal him for 20/30/40% of his life (increased by 20% if he dies with his light passive active). The heal will be also be given to nearby allies at 30/40/50% effectiveness (increased by 10% if he dies with his light passive active).

Cool down: 180/130/80 seconds

Lore:

Dakota remembers little of the night that he became blessed... and cursed. He remembers the sting of the winter winds of the Frejlord against his skin, and the loud, cackle of something sinister nearby. A witch? A demon? Something... he remembers her eyes. Cold, steely, and merciless. He remembers the darkness of the night around him as he ran through... a Palace. Fortress? It was definitely some type of well constructed building. Was it a temple? It didn't matter. All that mattered was him getting out alive.

He ran, and ran, and ran... his lungs were tingling and raw from the harsh winter air. He ran until he move no more. He fell... and fell... and fell until he woke suddenly in a dark, depreciate temple lost beneath the earth's surface. He moved gingerly, finding he was cut and torn from what he guessed was ice. Ice of some otherworldly form. He let the thought go as he moved through the temple's frozen floors.

After a while of wandering around in the dark, he assumed he was safe from the wraith of the Lady of Ice, or Ice Witch, or whatever the woman went by. He held his frozen wounds. He felt a dark, tingling feeling in his heart. He was going to die. He was going to die alone. He was going to die somewhere no one ever find him. The thought was almost too much to bear. He moved further through the temple, desperate now. Just as the last of his hope began to fade, he saw it. A dark, disturbing light from within one of the temples distorted rooms. He was an otherworldly black, yet somehow alluring. He mustered what strength he had and moved closer to the light. As he did so, a soft, angelic tune blew through the wind and with it, came a dull, golden glow. He moved further towards the mysterious lights.

He was surprised at the very least to find that the lights were in fact blades. One was dark and corrupt. The ice beneath it seemed to hold that corruption deep within its very core. While the blade next to it, the one of angel light, seemed to light up the ice, giving it a heavenly glow. Piqued by curiosity, he reached for the blades, one with each hand. At first, nothing seemed to happen. He just felt the coldness of the leather beat against his frozen flesh. But then, like a bolt from the blue, he felt his mind explode with pain, torture, bliss, and happiness. The feelings sent his body, mind, and spirit into a wild frenzy as purity fought against corruption. It didn't take for the blades to wear him down. He tried to pull away, but he felt stuck the blades. The one light seem to preserve him, while the one of darkness fed off of him. As the blade grew in strength, he felt himself slip away until he felt as if he was looking through someone's else... until he fell to darkness. But, just before he drifted away, he felt the heat of light repulse against its dark twin. An explosion of light filled the temple. That was the thing he remembered of the night.

A few days later, he woke in a tent of the Clan of Avorsa. The leader, Ashe, sat besides as he rested. When he woke, she explained how her clan found him knocked out in the snow. When he asked of the temple, Ashe looked baffled. He didn't push further, but instead ask of the blades. This Ashe was able to explain. She said his blades waited for him in the clan house, but claimed they held no otherworldly power. She shush him as he tried to question her. She moved onto telling him about his injuries. She explained that she had never seen what had happened to him before. One of his hands seemed to hold a benevolent glow, while the other looked burnt beyond repair and seemed to radiate darkness.

Dakota thanked Ashe for her assistance, before he turned to leave. He may not know what brought him to the Frejlord, but he was certain to find what those blades were, who that woman of ice was, and what connection they held to the temple... and why Ashe couldn't find it. He took his blades, armor, and supplies and venture off into the whiteout of the Frejlord, eager to return to home, wherever that was.

Like the idea, but I think the ult should have different effects based on which form u have and the E should be the same as well to make it fair for both the light and dark forms. Also, could you start putting links to your other champion ideas at the bottom because its sometimes hard to find yours.
