This is a prefab for a Yuumi in TFT.

Yuumi Mystic / Elemental

Ability: You and Me! Yuumi will attach to the champion nearest to her regardless of distance. ( Before the battle starts. Cannot reattach once champion dies.) When attached, Yuumi will attack the target the champion is targeting every 5 ( -0.25 per 20 mana ) seconds.

Idea: You can use Yuumi as a literal pocket ADC.
