Because knowing all champion's faces stay the same despite their skin, Vayne's face and body type looks like this. Meaning ( Unless they pulled a Janna where they massively increase the boob size on SG. ) this is what Vayne should be looking like.

Vayne is basically if Batman, Huntress & Bayonetta had a threesome.
Vayne was never ugly to begin with. She just never felt the need to show her "assets" because she has better things to do.

This isn't what she "should" look like. Like, she isn't a nice/good person at all in lore yet this skin protrays her with a kind smile.
This skin isn't what Vayne is about, it's just fan service.
