Let's talk about Quinn, no; Let's talk about Nunu.

Nunu got changed into Nunu and Willump. However, Nunu only does one move; and that's throwing snowballs. It's more like just Willump now. But nonetheless, it got changed to Nunu AND Willump.

Now let's talk about Quinn. Quinn used to be Quinn and Valor, but then got changed into Quinn. However Quinn and Valor work together more than Nunu and Willump. Valor does Q, Valor also does W, Quinn and Valor work together for E. ( Quinn vaults off of the target and Valor directly after marks them. ) and Quinn and Valor work together for their R. ( Quinn is lifted up by Valor and Valor deploys Quinn to do an aerial attack afterwards. )

And Valor passively helps Quinn shoot exposed enemies for extra damage. It sounds like Quinn and Valor are more friendly than Nunu and Willump will ever be.

So why is it not Quinn and Valor?

When champions age, the splash arts end up not being in line with others. You did Miss Fortune and Xin Zhao, we should have Annie's splashes reworked.

Super Galaxy, Hextech and Sweetheart will be left untouched.

While I totally agree for Quinn and Valor... Let's talk about Annie.

I do think her splash is outdated. Actually, I even think she's one of the worst offenders. However, the reason why I think Annie, out of all champions, is tricky, is because of her not-so-recent lore update.

When she was updated, her look changed drastically (for the better). However, that in-lore look is nothing like her splashart look... Worse, nothing like her in-game look. The thing with Annie is that updating her splash would be iffy because it wouldn't match her in-game appearance AT ALL. You could say it's nothing and that they can do it nonetheless, but I think Annie's splash will stay untouched until they decide to give her a proper VgU (as they did with Ezreal), as she could use a better, maybe more interactive E.

That's just my take on the matter. I agree that she needs a splash update, but for the reasons I stated above I don't think she's close to having one. I don't even know if they plan on doing more of those... I wish they did, because there are many champions who could use a better one...

Ultimately, riot should have changed "Quinn" to "Quinn and Valor" long before they even considered giving that treatment to anyone else. There is no (and has never been any) other "two-for-one" champ that has the kind of interconnected relationship and teamwork that Quinn and Valor have.

Also, Riot should get rid of this "behind enemy lines" bullshit and give us the real Valor back.

And while we're talking about it, Riot should also fix that god dam bug with Vault occasionally causing you to fly off in random directions, because it's been 2,266 days without an actual fix for that.

Oh, and not to forget Cockatoo Quinn for OCE server skin instead of that "oh look, stars" bullshit.

Don't act like Valor is the only one being mistreated.

It's not Kled and Skaarl. It's not Lulu and Pix. It's not Sejuani and Bristle. It's not Kayn and Rhaast. It's not Annie and Tibbers. It's not Ivern and Daisy. It's not Bard and Meeps. It's not Illaoi and Nagakabouros. It's not Orianna and the Ball. It's not Rumble and Tristy. It's not Yorick and the Maiden of the Mist. It's not Varus feat. Valmar and Kai. And it's not Neeko and Not Neeko.

Yet it's Nunu and Willump.

especially since Valor actually helped saved Quinn's life (which quinn had also saved Valor by taking him back to her home Uwendale and healing him) and helped her kill a feral Tuskvore ( picture Mamoswine from pokemon with shaggier fur and a lot larger) which killed her brother, Caleb about a year prior when he saved Lestara Buvelle's life. ( Sona's adoptive mother.)

Prom Queen, Goth and Wonderland Annie are the only ones that really need splash art updates. Frostfire could maybe use one? But annie got a visual update in 2013 and looks honestly, pretty great.

Only Xin's base got updated with his small gameplay update. His was nothing like the others that have had full splash redoes.

Annie has always been on the list for splash updates, they just haven't picked that up yet since they were pushing a ton of VGUs in the past year.

We are 0.1% of the community who is playing her. Quinn will never be loved, and I have given up on trying to make them give her attention. She is also outdated, one-dimensional, boring, and not able to compete with every champion.

Riot will never give her love, even though she owns the Symbol of Demacia, who is Valor, stressed in her lore, which should already make her a big deal in Demacian lore, but nah, she has the bird never mind her anyway. Plus, she is the coolest champion concept ever created, with a theme like no other character but not fully developed, and is, pretty likely, the inspiration for Nunu and Willump (rework) and Kled. Quinn deserves so much more but brushed aside because meh, not enough players play her. Even though she has a pretty big fan base from casual to pros, but will not be played cause she is not viable.

Just stop talking about Quinn. Riot does not care, I do not care, and no one is going to care. Quinn is dead, just let her rest in peace.

I was once a dedicated Quinn main, but face the reality, I and no one will make Quinn better or more attractive, and Riot will never make her name Quinn and Valor again. Set in stone, period.

I am sorry if I came out rude, but I have given up on Quinn. If you still want to try, go ahead and be my guest, but Riot will never do such.

Goth Annie used to be my favorite skin in the whole game because of it's bad ass splash art... now I don't even want to be in the same game with that skin. Which sucks cause there's no way to return it.

The annie splash update wont happen...She wouldnt match her in-game model. If anything, it wont happen til she at least recieves a small VGU. I like the quinn & valor idea though. A small name adjust.
