Shouldn't Yordles be getting more skins / champions by technicality?

I vaguely remember Riot saying it's hard to make skins for monster champions and are to go forward with that in mind for new champions. I kinda already see this since Vastayian champions are becoming more and more crowded, as they are basically half monster half anthropomorphic.

Also with how much more extreme ranked play is getting, skins can't afford to become too complex or flashy. Which means, for monster champions; you can barely change them without affecting gameplay. Let us look at Conqueror Alistar and Hextech Alistar.

However something human champions cannot do is change skin color, since that would strike controversy in the LoL community unless given exact reason. ( Like how God Fist Lee Sin is... a god. )

But Yordles are a good mix of both, since they're very versatile. At the least; you can change their skin ( fur ) color without a problem. But what's more is that they can be overly flashy since their size.

Let me explain. Tristana can change her whole "silhouette" since she's so small. She can be flashy since her champion model isn't the actual thing you're looking for; but the actions. DT Trist litterally has a dragon which is constantly wiggling and moving, which doesn't matter since you only care about her W not looking any different starting up. DT Heimerdinger's turrets are fully moving, but you only care that the effects are readable.

Meanwhile, SG Xayah's Q is nearly identical aside from her bird familiar to classic. SG Rakan's W entrance is nearly identical to classic. True Damage Ekko's ability animations follow closely to the classic, mostly because he's a champion where you need to read the model more than the abilities.

Now here's a good example of this not being the case: Super Galaxy Rumble has if not more readable abilities / animations. Odyssey Kayn, specifically Shadow Assassin's abilities are much more loose compared to classic.

The difference is the importance of abilities to animations, and more often than not; are Yordles less animation heavy.

It is complete nonsense that Riot is making less beast champions/skins. They are some of the best. We have too many vastaya wierdo hald human half animals already. Beast champions are more unique and interesting. But yes Yordles should be more of a focus due to your reasons.

A lot of them just need visual updates rather than new skins. But that still falls under what you are saying so.

Veigar is pretty solid proof of that. Half his skins are literally just re-colours with some minor extras attached, and said extras are almost entirely unnoticed in the game and only get found out after you zoom in at x10 or so into the Splashart.

Yordle skins would be easy as fuck to do for most champions. Exceptions would be Corki and Rumble, they have some extra models that require stern looking at.

Vastaya could also be interesting if they were more like Rengar/Nami and less like Sett/Neeko. Yordles are like the last fort, our furry hope.
