Billcurme here once again with a Billcurme and Cryptekz champ idea: this time with Concept art from my girlfriend Reine de la mort! This is one of my newer champ ideas, with more recent lore and motives. As always, I greatly appreciate comments and reviews, and simply hope you enjoy this idea!

Oonoo, The One Who Twists Reality A Billcurme and Cryptekz champ idea

Statistics: Health: 500 (+66/level) Hp Regen: 4 (+0.5/level) Mana: 400 (+63/level) Mana Regen: 8.5 (+0.8/level) Ad: 50 (+2.4/level) As: 0.5 (+3%/level) Armor: 19 (+3/level) Mr: 30 Ms: 335 Range: 575

Primary: Mage

Abilities: Reality Wrinkle (innate): Every 24 seconds, Oonoo creates a wrinkle in the fabric of reality near his location. This cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds every time Oonoo damages an enemy champion with an ability. These wrinkles interact with Oonoo’s abilities. Whenever an ability interacts with a Reality Wrinkle, that wrinkle is consumed. No two wrinkles can be closer than 150 units from each other.

In addition, upon killing an enemy champion, Oonoo will create a wrinkle where they died. If this would place a wrinkle too close to existing wrinkles, the wrinkle will not form.

Alternativly, Oonoo can click on a wrinkle he is standing on, consuming the wrinkle and regaining 5% of his missing mana.

Cosmic Hiccup (q): Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 Mana Cost: 45 Range: 650 After a brief delay Oonoo shunts space-time in target direction, dealing 100/130/160/190/220 (+70% ap) magic damage and knocking back all enemy champions in its path.

If the Cosmic Hiccup passes through a Reality Wrinkle, the range and knock back of this ability is increased by 350. This ability will continue to increase in range for every Reality Wrinkle it hits and consumes.

(This ability is not blocked by Wind Wall and similar abilities)

Planar Gap (w): Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Mana Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 Range: 575 (175 radius circle, plus 25 radius for each wrinkle consumed) Oonoo opens up a planar gap at target location for 2 seconds, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+50% ap) magic damage every 0.5 seconds and rooting all enemies within for 0.25 seconds. If an enemy that is in the air from a knock up, knock back, or knock aside ability passes through the area of this ability, they are pulled to the ground and take 100/140/180/220/260 (+95% ap) magic damage and are stunned for 1 second.

If the planar gap is opened on a Reality Wrinkle, the gap increases in size. The gap will continue to increase in size for each wrinkle it consumes, up to 5 wrinkles.

**Dimensional Hop (e): ** Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18s Mana Cost: 60 Range: 475 Oonoo begins shifting through the dimensions. After 1 second, Oonoo warps to target location dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+100% ap) magic damage to enemies in an area around it and leaving behind a Reality Wrinkle at its starting position. If this would leave a wrinkle too close to existing wrinkles, the wrinkle will not form.

If cast upon a Reality Wrinkle, this spell is instant and the cooldown of this ability is reduced by 40/50/60/70/80%.

Spatial Rend (r): Cooldown: 120/110/100 Mana Cost: 100 Range: 575 Oonoo must target a Reality Wrinkle to use this ability. Oonoo rips open all of its current Reality Wrinkles, creating multiple tears in the fabric of reality. Enemy champions within these tears are slowed by 70/80/90%. After 1.5/1.25/1 seconds, the gaps in reality close, causing 300/375/450 (+105% ap) true damage to all enemies, stunning them for 2 seconds, and instantly warping them to the Wrinkle that the spell was initially cast on. Spatial Rend will only consume the Wrinkle it is cast on.

Lore: “Day 15: Our journey through the Kumungu Jungle has yielded a strange result. The previous night, as we slept gazing up at the stars, a piece of the night sky seemed to come crashing down to Runeterra not far from our camp. This morning, as we investigated, we found a bizzare creature that seems almost to be made out of night time. From the only sounds we’ve heard it utter, we have chosen to refer to this creature as ‘Oonoo’

Day 19: Oonoo continues to astound us. Naturally friendly and playful, it still obviously possesses power we can only dream of. As we were traveling deeper through the jungle, we were attacked by a shadowbear, only for it to suddenly fly into the side of a mountain, Oonoo giggling the entire time. We have decided that our reaserch into the potential resorces of Kumungu can wait. Harnessing the power that is Oonoo is now our top priority.

Day 24: We’ve underestimated Oonoo’s intellegence. The creature is obviously fully capable of understanding human speech. While we were discussing the idea of travelling back to Zaun, it started shunting objects in our camp around and refused to be pacified until we offered to share our research with it. We might be in over our heads here.

Day 30: Oonoo is gone. Vanished in the night. The only clue we have was its reaction during our discussion the night before, when we mentioned the new threats cropping up throughout Runeterra. While it kept playing through most of the discussion, it became unnaturally attentive when we brought up that demented yordel, Veigar Veigar. I can’t help but feel like Oonoo was just waiting for the right moment to leave from then on...”

Zaun scientist journal entries. First sightings of Oonoo.

Friends: Bard, Kindred, Aurelion Sol, Fizz, Annie Enemies: Veigar

Quotes:

Selection: Oonoo!

Movement: giggling humming Oonoo. Oonoo! more giggling

Attacking: Oonoo... sad Oonoo angry Oonoo! giggling Oonoo Oonoo.

Taunt: Oonoonoonoonoonoo

Dance: dances while saying Oonoo to the tune of trollolloll

Taunt near enemy Draven Draven: Ooooooonooooooo. giggling

Taunt near enemy Veigar Veigar: angry, quiet Veigar...

(Fun fact: Oonoo is perfectly capable of speaking: It just chooses not to.) (Fun fact #2: Oonoo has no gender.)

**Skin Ideas: ** Rave Oonoo: Greens, blues and reds, with flashing white lights. (Dance: Singing Oonoo to the tune of Darude’s Sandstorm)

So I actually liike this guys themeing and flavor. I think he's a cool little dude and even his kit is pretty neat.

Really, the only issue I have with him is his passive and how his abilities work with it. He can only create Wrinkles with his W or by killing enemy champions. This would imply that he's not going to have that many Wrinkles to interact with, and that most of the time, he wouldn't even have a passive!

GLHF with the CCOS!

Hello everyone!

This is Billcurme, and I have just found my reviews for the champion concept contest!

All in all, rather scathing but nothing I wasn't expecting. Here are the links to the reviews if you'd like to read them yourself: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PIM9dYsLO2KbPf7fyk8tSMCfK1UJd_Tov6x1OroquNY/edit#gid=825948612 https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/186G0TMDL1bDLMkqB6M4rw4svQPH125qWQk1yZ8CHNgI/edit#gid=825948612 Oonoo is number 18 in the separate pages.

As for what I've taken away from this: Lord do I need to research decent numbers. I had thought that I had given him some good base damage, with great scaling, but apparently that's not the case. His Lore scored about as much as I had hoped, as I kinda came up with it at the last minute. As for the his kit in general, might need to find a way to get more of his wrinkles without making him broken. All in all, I've not given up on this champion! I intend to make him into a truly unique and interesting Champ idea. To that end, if anyone cares to comment or review, all such things are appreciated.

Until then, Cheers!
