A buff for Talon I could see to help him a bit more.

Okay so, Talon's current problem is after he procs his passive, he has to get to a wall to escape or just stay there awkwardly and get beat up. But a buff I could see, what if when he procs his passive, for 1 second he gains a move speed boost of about 20% of his max move speed? So he can proc his passive, run quicker to a wall and have his target assassinated. Or, how about those times where his passive is on more than 1 target? He can proc his passive on multiple people easier this way as well.
