Xin's W rework on PBE, a change suggestion from Xin players.

From what i've seen and discussed with other Xin players, his W feels too bad in a kit full of speed. Can we at least have the W's speed scale with attack speed up to a capped speed at least? So it's even more separate from Rengar / Sejunai's 'cone into stab' type moves?

Or at least allow movement with his W during the cast, as he just stands there slowly swinging his spear when its just 100% better late game to just continue autoing with your speed over using W unless you are going for a long range kill on a far away opponent.

Just some thoughts after seeing it so far!
