Day & night cycles ????? weather cycles ???

Dota 2 has a day & night cycle why cant the rift have that same feature and have matches start at random times of the day.

Match 1 starts -- 12 am Match 2 starts - 7 am etc etc

At night torches across the rift light up.
Have the time go by fairly quickly like 1-2 sec = 1 min in the time cycle.
introduce a champion that benefits from the cycle with the patch.

First just cause some other company does X does not mean another one has to.

The day night cycles actually have game play impact in DOTA2 and are not just a cosmetic effect.

Having a champ be weaker or stronger cause of X minute time shifts is actually a bad mechanic.

Leona Diana getting buffs in random intervalls doesn't sound appealing IMHO I don't see any real impact apart from wasting ressources on a mechanic only a handful player want.
