Any possibility of a new thunder/electricity based champion?

After seeing some of the early concept art for Taliyah, I got pretty excited over the idea of a new storm or electricity based champion. Kennen is so far the only champion who seems to really exude an electricity based kit; Volibear's only really got it on his ult and through the special effects on his other abilities, not to mention he kinda got shoehorned in with the Freljord stuff which is just chock full of ice element users like Braum and Lissandra. There are other champions who do seem to feature electricity in their kits, like Blitzcrank's Ult and through the special effects of Xerath's and Ryze's kits, but it would be awesome to have a newer champion that has it as pronounced as Kennen does. Just to help mix it up, it would be cool if the new champ is primarily AD since pretty much every elemental based champ is pretty much a mage or dips heavily/entirely on AP. What are your guy's thoughts? Should we get a new champion based around electricity? Should it be another elemental mage, or something more physically based? Additional concepts, or possibly abilities they would have?
