Color change for Poppy's Skins?

Now I know Poppy is still on PBE so this might be incredibly useless to ask, but would it be possible to have her skins change the color of her abilities to actually fit her skin? It's one thing to have cool cosmetic changes to her different skins, but it seems awkward that Noxus poppy would have Golden effects on her abilities. Obviously Battle Regalia fits the gold color, but I think Noxus, Ragdoll, Lollipoppy, Scarlet Hammer, and possibly Blacksmith could all use a color change! Please give this a thought Riot!
