We need a separate Unranked mode.

There needs to be 3 separate game modes: The competitive mode that is Ranked, an Unranked mode that plays the same but doesn't have the meta-game components of Ranked, and then the Normal/Quickplay mode that one would not bring a (Un)Ranked attitude to.

When you're in your competitive zone, you'd play Ranked. When you're in your Ranked mindset, but (insert reason a person shouldn't or wouldn't want to play Ranked at a given point in time), you'd play Unranked. When you just want to enjoy yourself playing the game, or practicing/trying something new, or what have you, you'd play Normal/Quickplay.

As it stands now Normal matches are filled with people that act like it's the final match of a Ranked tournament or something. People shouldn't be in Normal with that attitude, but they also shouldn't have to play legit Ranked if (Insert reasons as inserted above), so there needs to be an actual Unranked mode for them.

Why shouldn't people be in normals with the same attitude they take to ranked? there's nothing wrong with taking the game seriously in a less competitive mode.

Riot's not going to put resources into a completely new queue just to appeal to people with a different mindset.

I can't think of any reason why an 'unranked' queue is necessary or why you'd choose it over ranked and normals.

Let's say you are afraid of losing LP but you still want to practice. Play a normal game, since as you said, normal games "are filled with people who act like it's a final match of a ranked tournament"
