I think the Genie would work kind of like Kalista, or maybe a reverse Kalista. The genie gives its lamp to someone (an adc maybe), and the adc is able to call the genie to their location whenever they like, and store them for a short while maybe? It'd be interesting to see how that would work though, with wishes and what not...

I can grant you 3 wishes, the rules are you cant wish for no rules, cant wish for a nasus to be on your team with 1k q stacks, cant wish for a win, cant wish with a veigar with q stacks 10k plus

Although you can wish for perma summoner 14 and perma summoner 4 Also that your hits act as Leona 's Q but with the AR of Caitlyn

I think this would be a good passve he goes into an aniva egg like death and he can be picked up by allies and moved/ rubbed . hard to imagine a evil genie though asking for help

He doesn't need to be physically reliant that much. Give him a scimitar for basic attacks and a buff/debuff basic ability for the concept to start with.

I would say an evil/dark genie would fit better than like genie from Aladdin.

This definitely sounds like a champ I'd be interested in hearing more about! I'm not sure whether I'd prefer a dark, war-like genie as mentioned earlier or something more silly, but the idea of utilizing wishes and/or various other genie tropes (lamps, like a lot of people have said, etc) definitely has some potential!

Passive: 3 Wishes You bind with one of your allies, at levels 1/9/18 they get bonus effects of their choosing from a list. These bonuses remain as long as you are within range. Boom.

Malzahar has a genie skin. Technically djinn skin but that's just an evil genie.

Thematically it's similar to Tahm Kench, Tahm is classified as a "Crossroads demon" and often allures people in by promising them reward when later on it ends up biting them, or swallowing them in Tahm Kench's case. This sounds pretty similar to a classic "genie" to me, however he is not visually a genie of course.

I have thought of this concept myself and i think the lamp should be his passive. An ally gets the lap and can use it 3 times to either place a ward, a small health/mana regen, or move speed boost. Once the lamp is used 3 times it returns to the shop for the next person to pick it up.
