Base stats: HP: 540+80 per level Mana: 300+40 per level AD: 60+2 per level Attack range: 625 Attack speed: 0.658 +3.33% per level Movement speed: 340 Health regen: 6+0.55 per level Armor: 22+3 per level Magic resists: 30

Role: Support/marksman Passive: Enchanted Frozen Arrow Avaron gains 20 charges of enchanted frozen arrow per ability use, and 15 per second while moving. At 100 stacks Avarons next basic attack critically strikes and cripples an enemy, reducing their attack speed by 20/25/30/35%.

Q: Winters quiver Toggle. While toggled on, winters quiver consumes 50 mana per attack and slows enemies by 20/25/30/35/40%. While toggled off, winters quiver increases mana regen by 20/40/60/80/100%.

W: Guiding arrow/Guided arrow Fires a projectile that deals 60/80/100/120/140+1.0 bonus AD as physical damage and stops on the first champion hit, marking them for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds. While marked, Guided arrow can be activated to fire a homing projectile that deals 20/40/60/80/100+1.0AP as magical damage. Guided arrow counts as both a basic attack and spell. Cost: 50/40 mana Cooldown: 10/0 seconds

E: Snowblossom While in a bush or inside the jungle a snowblossom may be placed. Snowblossoms will react to nearby enemy champions, granting vision around the snowblossom equal to that of a ward. After reacting once the snowblossom will decay over 120/150/180/210/240 seconds, losing 1 health every 30 seconds and becoming visible after the first health is lost. Avaron can hold a maximum of 3 snowblossoms. Cost: 70 mana Cooldown: 30 seconds (up to 90 for all 3 charges)

R: Avarosa's gaze Fires an enchanted crystal arrow into the air, creating an 800/1000/1200 range field of true vision for 4/6/8 seconds. While within the field, enchanted frozen arrow is always at 100 charge Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds.

540 Health is melee health, needs to be about 480 Mana per level is too high AD is too high since he's not melee Range is 625. Too high. Attack speed and attack speed scaling is too high Movement speed is too high since he's not melee Armor per level is too high

Passive scales off time moving rather than distance traveled, that should be changed. Also it's too strong since it's basically Ashe's old passive times 10. Q costs too much mana per use and the mana regen passive is pointless. How long does it take to use W? Also it's too strong since it will apply the passive and lower attack speed. E is OP. Basically blue trinket on a 30 second cooldown. R is OP, you're untouchable by other ADC's since you cripple their attack speed. I would almost never use this for the true sight as the permanent passive cripple/crit on autoes is more than enough.

Why would anyone play Ashe when this champion exists? You can't have a champion that's better than another one in every way.

You gave me some great information and I think you are very good at identifying flaws. You need to evaluate your own ideas the same way.

Your gameplay is the same as I see it.

You have a very good amount of game knowledge but only use it on other people's mistakes. If you apply your understanding to yourself, you can easily get out of bronze.
