Theres three kinds of supports: Tanks, Pokermanners, and Enchanters.

Instead of having four support items that support only "AP+AD poke" and "AP+AD tank" can we... rework them to three support items?

item 3859 ---> 300 health, AD/AP removed item 3853 ---> 25% heal/shield power, AP removed (Now stacks whenever you heal or shield an ally) item 3864 ---> AD Transformed into adaptive force, 40AF (for 24AD and 40AP)

Why hasnt riot implemented AF and adaptive damage into items and champions, since the tech exists anyway? Seems like a missed opportunity.

I never understood why they didn't just give the support items adaptive force to begin with.

I think this is a great idea. Maybe give the Relic line a more interesting stat than health, maybe a mixture of health, armor, and MR? It has no components, so it's a great way to implement an item that has lots of different stats.

I guess its because they want to let you decide whether you want AD or AP at the start of the game. If items were adaptive, you would get whatever stat is default for the champion, both from item and all runes.

25% heal/shield power, AP removed (Now stacks whenever you heal or shield an ally)

Because its so fun and interactive to stand under your tower and heal/shield your fullhp ally every cd. Its also really fun for the adc to die to a gank and hear "sry i was oom because i used all my mana to get some gold". Also, free 25% heal/shield power is op as fuck

Right now items are divided into "risky" and "safe" options, and you are free to pick whatever you think you need more. You can get a fucking AD poke item on Janna to autoattack enemies a lot with her E, or you can get a shield if enemy botlane can kill you every time you walk close.

What about hp/mana regen

giving supports a big health option would be great, often i find myself taking warmogs because I have 150+ resistances but only 1.9k hp

Why do people keep trying to funnel enchanters into heal/shield power when that exacerbates the problem that they're one dimensional, static champions that either hard win with little counter-play or hard lose and get forgotten until they're over buffed?

It's not like the tech isn't there. Camille already has this adaptative style coded into her passive. Should be able to make it work for items

25% that's literally a quarter fam.... also most supp items give 10% heal and shield power for reason plus one item gives 20% you might say "oh but he doesnt get adaptive or mana" its a starting item and its free, also once their shild would give you 500 shield the quarter makes it 750 and you have other items, if they need mana to spam it they can just go manaflow band and some mana items give ap aswell giving support 25% free heal and shield power in midgame for existing isn't ballanced

rest I agree on
