Xerall the Shadow Boar (NEW CHAMP)

Deep in the shadowy abyss of a cave in the Plague Jungles of Ionia a group of boar gather around a mysterious object. One boar tired of constantly fighting for leadership of the herd rushed to uproot the item. Suddenly the boar transformed into a humanoid creature with tusks harder than stone and claws sharper than any metal. Filled with an uncontrollable rage the boar slaughtered his herd so he was the only one that knew of the object. The rage in his soul burned as he roamed the lands of Ionia. Happening upon a temple. There he met Zed who mentored him in the art of the shadows teaching the newly named Xerall how to control the imbalance he contained to further promote his rage for the use of combat and power.

Xerall the Shadow Boar- a stocky metal armored shadowy boar like humanoid the size of poppy.

An off tank top, assassin, support that uses Energy. Hopefully found in Top, Mid and Sup. Possibly Jung due to W. Has a ranged auto to 500 units by using his shadow shuriken technique that Zed taught him.

Passive- every fifth auto attack applies a small bleed for 1 second. not set in stone

Q- Thrash Throws a large metal shuriken 800 units, that is a skill shot and can be picked up reducing the cooldown of the Q by 1/2. 80 dmg at rank 1 with 18 sec cooldown. 200 damage at max with 10 sec cooldown. (.6 AD scaling) Not set in stone.

W- Rage Xerall finds his inner rage increasing attack speed, movement speed and lifesteal and/or health regen to allies within 200 units Im thinking 20% move spd at max, no clue for lifesteal or attack speed yet as too much could be OP. set in stone would be so awesome to see on rift. Set in stone, core of kit

E- Shadow Rush Using the strength of the shadows Xerall dashes 800 units passing though any units stopping at max range and briefly knocking them up and dealing damage. 100 dmg at rank 1. 300 dmg at max. 16 secs at 1, 12 secs at max. (.5 AD ratio) Not set in stone but one of his better moves plus its a gap closer.

R- Shadow Terrain Xerall charges up his innermost rage for 1 second showing an outline of 500 units in a circle and releases a smash to the ground releasing shadows that do 300/400/500 damage that roots the targets in place for a short time with (.3 AD ratio). 150/120/80 seconds. Not set in stone.

I think this would be cool because it gives Zed some love and completes the Chinese Zodiac which Riot has already sort of hit with skins... MAKE A YEAR OF THE RAT skin for twitch plz. Please let me know what you think and I would love to have this made to compliment my play style and give me an awesome main.
