NOTE: Not my art! But this is pretty close to what I imagined what Dollie would look like and she even has a Piltover feel about this character.

Dollie was a toy, or more specifically a life-like doll that looks like an adorable little girl. She was created by one of the greatest toy makers out of all of Runeterra where his shop resides within Piltover. It is quite the quaint little toy shop that everyone who visits surely enjoys their stay. The reason why Dollie was created was due to the toy maker's desire to have a daughter of his own, but sadly was unable to since the love of his life died in a terrible accident.

When the man finished creating the full-sized, life-like doll and before going to sleep a dark magic mage who has been studying in forbidden, ancient magics over heard of the man's wishes to have a daughter of his own. When the toy maker went to sleep he left open a window, so the mage sneaked in and went straight to the doll. What happened next was that he cast a spell to bring objects to life, turning the doll into a real girl, and then left unseen for any use of this kind of magic has harsh punishments if caught using it.

Now a girl, and with some excess magic that got absorbed, is able to cast magic herself and give the toy maker the daughter he always wanted... though quite the shock at first since what was once a doll is now a little girl. The man ended up raising the girl like she was his own and taught her how to make toys herself to hopefully one day take over the business for herself. Though appreciative of her father's kindness and teachings, the girl has some other goals in mind to try out for herself...

Dollie is a summoning mage, creating toys to fight for her rather than fight the enemy directly. Her healing passive is her incentive to be within her attack range to her target.

Basic Attack Range: 575 units Attack Speed: 0.690 +4% per level Movement: 340 units per second

#Gentle Glee (Passive):

Every toy currently in play causes Dollie's basic attacks to heal 5(+5%AP) health on hit, 40% healing against minions and non-epic monsters.

Dollie's basic attacks reduce her basic ability cooldowns by 0.5 second, increases to 2 seconds against enemy champions and epic monsters.

All toys grant some vision around them.

#Choo Choo Train (Q): Cooldown: 45 seconds; Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana; Range: 2000 units

Dollie places a train track down. Once the train track is complete, a train is summoned on it to constantly go around the track, dealing 100/150/200/250/300(+100%AP) magic damage whenever it hits an enemy, 75% damage against minions and non-epic monsters. The train track remains in play for 30 seconds.

Some things about the track: ~ The track follows the mouse cursor. ~ The track completes as soon as it connects with the starting location. ~ The longer the track is, the faster the train will move. ~ The track can only cross over itself 0/1/2/3/4 times. ~ The track cannot be lay down too close to existing track unless it is crossing over it. ~ Only one track and train can be in play at a time, creating a new track destroys the previous one.

#Cymbal Monkey (W): Cooldown: 2.5 seconds; Cost: 20/25/30/35/40 mana; Range: 800 / 350 units

Dollie summons a Cymbal Monkey at the target location to walk around in a circle, clashing its cymbals, for the next 6 seconds.

When an enemy is struck by the clashing of the sound waves, they vibrate a very short distance away from the monkey and dealt 45/55/65/75/85(+20%AP) magic damage, clashing its cymbals once every 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second.

(Vibrating a target only slightly displaces them, it does not disrupt them in anyway.) (Cymbal Monkey will clash its cymbals immediately when it's initially summoned.)

#Sticky Spider (E): Cooldown: 15 seconds; Cost: 70/85/100/115/130 mana; Range: 1500 / 350 units

Dollie unleashes a toy spider to the target location and then acts on its own, shooting out a web at its closest enemy, dealing 50/75/100/125/150(+50%AP) magic damage to the target and laying down an area web for the next 2 seconds. Enemies standing on this web are slowed by 55/65/75/85/95% and are grounded.

Sticky Spider: ~ Remains in play for 21 seconds. ~ Has 150/200/250/300/350(+100%AP) health. ~ Has 30/35/40/45/50(+25%AP) armor. ~ Has 23/26/29/32/35(+15%AP) magic resistance. ~ Has 425 attack range. ~ Can attack once every 3 seconds. ~ Moves 50% faster than Dollie.

#Puppet (R): Cooldown: 190/145/100 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 4000/5500/7000 units

Dollie unleashes a giant puppet to the target location for the next 45 seconds or until killed.

Puppet: ~ Has 425 attack range. ~ Deals 40/70/100(+40%AP) magic damage for its attacks. ~ Has 1400 sight radius. ~ Moves 10% faster than Dollie. ~ Has 600/900/1200(+400%AP) health. ~ Abilities can be placed around Puppet, based on who is closer. ~ Move and attack with ALT + Right Click or by casting Puppet again.

UPDATE NOTES:

Gentle Glee: Removed ally healing.

I like the idea of it but the numbers and the skills need more look put in to them.

Q-I think having a toy train moving around for 30 sec would be annoying and adding that ink mage idea for the drawing of the track sounds too much.

W- The monkey sounds realy easy to evade and i didnt realy get the combination between the train tracks and the moneys vibrations.

E-Its Annies ult but a point and click stun.I think you should scrap the Q and make the Train go here as a wide medium ranged skil shot that she sends a train that when colides with enemyes would stun them and when it hits teammates would give them speed.

R-The oven is too much i just can imagine a giant toy oven in the middle of the map.Why not somthing more funny i mean she is a creator of toys why would she have an oven for her ultimate.

Also i would like to add that you said she would work well as a support role when she has nothing to support with. But still i like the idea and good job for the work it. [slayer-jinx-catface]

UPDATE NOTES (1):

Gentle Glee: Now also reduces Dollie's cooldowns by 0.5 second on hit, increases to 2 seconds against enemy champions and epic monsters, whenever she basic attacks a target for better incentive to play in her attack range. Still has a stacking heal based on amount of toys currently in play, now the cooldown reducing effect makes the passive more a part of her kit, rather than just being there.

Choo Choo Train: ~ Tried to clean up the tooltip a little better ~ Removed unneeded "can only damage the same target once every 3 seconds" ~ Cooldown increased to 45 from 18 seconds to make proper track placement that much more critical ~ The track can now not be placed too close to already existing track ~ The track can cross over itself a maximum of 0/1/2/3/4 times from unlimited (so simple circle and oval tracks at rank 1)

Cymbal Monkey: ~ Cast range reduced to 800 from 1200 units ~ Effect / Damage radius lowered to 350 from 500 units ~ Cost reduced to 20/25/30/35/40 from 40/45/50/55/60 mana ~ Cooldown decreased to 2.5 from 4 seconds ~ Duration decreased to 6 from 8 seconds ~ No longer silences for 1 second ~ Damaging and other effects against the same target within 10/9/8/7/6 seconds is removed and is now non-restrictive ~ Damage lowered to 45/55/65/75/85(+20%AP) magic damage every 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 seconds from the same Cymbal Monkey, having multiple monkeys in play is now no longer redundant; from 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) ~ Cymbal Monkey now slightly vibrates targets away from them every time they clash their cymbals, once every 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second; from vibrating their target only when they are near a train track and vibrating all the way onto the train track. (Clarified that the vibrations do not disrupt the target at all, just a slight push away from the monkey(s).)

Sticky Spider: Completely new toy and an entirely new rework. Was Teddy Bear, causing a bear to run out and stun the first enemy struck, then the bear lasted for 8 seconds dealing magic damage for its 125 range attacks against the closest enemy to it, acting on its own.

Puppet: Completely new toy and an entirely new rework. Was Play Oven, causing a giant toy oven that acts as impassable terrain to fall from the sky after a delay. Once in play, will stasis struck enemies for 2.5 seconds and then launch them out 800 range for a magic damage nuke and debuff their damage that they deal for 2.5 seconds.

With that range, movement speed, and ungodly attack speed, she could easily be built as an ADC, or at the very least a very powerful Nashor's user. You could build her AP-on-hit with Nashor's Runaan's Rageblade to heal for an insane amount per-auto attack without even building lifesteal, not to mention healing every ally near you and melting your enemies. Plus with that cooldown refresh mechanic, her high cooldowns on her ult and Q are pretty much nullified.

UPDATE NOTES (2):

Gentle Glee: Now only reduces basic ability cooldowns on attack from all ability cooldowns. Ally healing is now halved to Dollie's healing.

Puppet: Cooldown reduced to 190/145/100 from 200/160/120 seconds (Is a nerf, passive would have reduced a lot more cooldown than this.)

This better controls the balance of her ultimate cooldown.

UPDATE NOTES:

Gentle Glee: Removed ally healing.

This no longer makes sense, there might have been a reason for an ally heal with the original concept, but now she is just a summoning mage.

Made things look slightly nicer.
