Full Champion Concept: Wylie, The Daredevil

Lore Wylie doesn't feel more alive than when he's staring death in the face. Always in search of the greatest thrill rush, he constantly puts himself in mortal danger. Most of the time he would come out unscathed. When he doesn't he would find some mad scientist and have him patched together. Sometimes he would get a few improvements, which adds to his excitement. Wherever danger is found, Wylie will be there... laughing in insane joy.

Abilities

Passive: Thrill of Battle Build Thrill by over time, using basic attacks, and killing enemies (Maximum 100). So long as Wylie is below 50% health, all Thrill generation is doubled. Upon leaving combat, loss 5 Thrill per second. Whenever Thrill is either lost, heal self X% of missing health, where X is equal to the amount of Thrill that was lost or spent. Whenever Thrill is spent, heal self X/2% of missing health.

  • Generate 1 Thrill per second while in combat
  • Basic attacks generate 5 Thrill on hit.
  • Killing an non-champion, non-epic monster enemy generates 10 Thrill
  • Killing a Champion or Epic monster generates 25 Thrill

Q: Taser Fist Cost: 10% current Thrill CD: 6 seconds. Range: 150 Passive Basic attacks deal bonus magic damage equal to 4/8/12/16/20(+5% AD)(+5% AP)% of current Thrill. Active Strike the target for 20/35/50/65/80(+50% AD)(+60% AP)(+200/400/600/800/1000% of Thrill spent) and stun for 0.15 second per Thrill spent (Max 1.5 second).

Second Wind Cost: 30% current Thrill CD: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Range: NA Passive Gain bonus Armor and MR equal to 10/20/30/40/50% of current Thrill. Active Remove all Crowd Control from self and gain a shield for 5 seconds. The shield's health is equal to 200/300/400/500/600(+20% AD)% of the amount of Thrill spent (Max 60/90/120/150/180 without ratio bonus). Can activate while under any CC effect.

Thrill Rush Cost: 20% current Thrill CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Range: 150 plus 15 per Thrill spent (Up to 450) Passive Gain up to 40/45/50/55/60% bonus AS based on current Thrill amount. Active Dash to target location. Next basic attack within 4 seconds will hit a total of 4 times. Each hit will deal 60/55/50/45/40% less damage and apply on-hit effects.

R: PARTY DIVE!!! Cost: 0 Thrill CD: 240/180/120 seconds Range: 600 units AoE: 200 unit radius Leap to target location, dealing 200/400/600(+30% AD)(+40% AP) physical damage and knocks up all enemies in the landing area. Deals half that amount to enemy structures. Wylie cannot be targeted by enemy turrets for 6/7/8 seconds if at least one of them are damaged this way.

I've been monitoring the changes to this thread and as a regular concept creator this is a marvelous concept there are a few things I'd have to revise but from the last posting of this thread it was already outstanding ill do a deep analysis and repost on this [vlad-salute]
