Next Star Guardians

I believe that the following champions would be best suited for receiving their own Star Guardian Skins because it would work with their abilities beautifully and because they would rock the Sailor Moon look.

Zoe
Taliyah
Irelia
Riven
Taric (if Ezreal can be a SG, than nothing is stopping Taric from being one)

There are other champions that I also think might fit the part, but I decided to limit myself to just five of them that still fits the same set up as the previous two teams. Otherwise this post might be way too long of a read. If your opinion differs from mine on any of these or if you think if any other champions might look good in Sailor Moon cloths, then please post a comment below.

Disagree. Vi fits the theme much better than Caitlyn, and as far as the remaining adc's go, Ashe fits the SG theme the best, imo. Besides, Vi already has Jinx as a thematic link for the SG universe.

It's hard for me to imagine Cait as a Star Guardian since she is already a Lunar Wraith. And I feel like they are incredibly conflicting characters.

Conflicting characters? Caitlyn could be the highly responsible class representive, something that is quite common in anime series. It would have a great dynamic with Vi, since they could be best friends, while Vi is a troublemaker.

In my opinion, just everything comes together perfectly for a Starguardian Caitlyn. Keep in mind, just because she is sinister in the Lunar Wraith skin does not mean that is her general personality. It is an alternative universe, characters are different there.

Base Caitlyn is actually a highly intelligent, highly responsible sheriff fighting for the law and justice. In my opinion, these personality traits would make her a great Starguardian.

Besides: Caitlyn getting a Starguardian skin does not rule out Ashe to get one in the same line. We already got 2 marksmen in the same Starguardian line up with MissFortune & Ezreal .

Like I said, regardless of the fact that other magical girls in other fictional universes might use similar weapons, I personally don't think it fits Caitlyn. Just because any character can be drawn in a Star Guardian outfit, doesn't make them a good character for the theme. But I also didn't think Syndra fit the theme at all, either. So before my opinion offends you further, keep in mind that it is merely that: an opinion.

And yes conflicting characters. Caitlyn is already a Lunar Wraith, per Riot a "fell queen." Since she already has this dark celestial theme, it would be quite conflicting to see them also give her a Star Guardian character. I'd rather see her as an adversary to the Star Guardians, if anything. Her calculating, collected manner and sophistication would present a nice contrast to the young, sometimes brash teenage Star Guardians.

I wasn't offended, you misunderstood me there. Just thought that the claim she doesn't fit the theme is not fair towards Caitlyn, it's all about interpretation and as I pointed out, you can interpret her in a fitting way for that skin line.

And that she has a dark themed skin doesn't rule her out in my opinion. Orianna has a Darkstar skin, which pictures her as an evil space monster devouring galaxies. It is as dark as a skin can get, even if it is actually the total opposite of her actual character in the lore, which is a woman who sacrificed her own body to save her father and even a child she didn't even know.

Anyway, as you said, it's about opinions. If you think she doesn't fit the theme, that's your right. I think otherwise, personally I consider her one of the best candidates for the next Starguardian line.

just stop making melee star guardians,magical girls for tradition use ranged attacks,they fight with the magic not brawling like "barbarians"

i wouldn't mind one of those champion getting a new skin,but i think they don't fit the theme of SG

i said "traditional",these are relatively recents (maybe it's just me,but i like them as mages not at fighters)

Actually the theme is magical teens- young adults. They need to be able to be animesque, Ezreal being a magical teen boy with an anime dance from Haruhi Suzumiya. Taric don't fit that. Tge three most likely SG skins this year are probably Zoe, Taliyah and Ekko. Especially since ekko and Taliyah would add another relationship dynamic.

Personally I have a team put together in fan skins, but only two are drawn, SG Taliyah, SG Kayn, then the other three are Zoe, Quinn, and Ekko. If you search you can probs find my posts of them.

Oh also, the outfits are closer to madoka then to sailor moon. :b

id like the addition of irelia and vi for full sg team. ik poppy and ez can jg, or atleast people do it anyway

but poppy is boring imo

Shen Star Guardian.. Can you imagine, he hasn't gotten a skin for 5 years (I think is now the oldest champion without a new skin), and ends up getting a star guardian skin for kicks and giggles at the riot office?

Bard Bard fits the bill for a star guardian as that is already his job, and Mordekaiser would just be a star guardian because he wanted to know if the Voidspawn could feel pain.

For some reason, if there is any new SG skins , Evelynn Will be one of them ,just like Syndra but I'd really love to have Irelia Ekko Zyra Annie also it would be hilarious to see SG Yasuo Akali Draven LeeSin Zed just trying to imagine it xD
