Champion Concept: Harley, Lord of Road

What is one thing that League of Legends needs more than anything? A biker champion. There's all of these champs that utilize technology and yet there isn't one champion that can drag his enemies along the ground on the back a motorcycle. So, I'd love introduce my idea for said champion.

Stat Rankings: Damage: 2 out of 3 Toughness: 3 out of 3 2 out of 3 Crowd Control: 3 out of 3 Mobility: 3 out of 3 Utility: 1 out of 3

Abilities: Passive: Road Warrior Gains stacks of Road Warrior with every enemy champion and epic monster takedown and every 10th non-epic monster or enemy minion Harley kills. Each stack permanently increases Harley's ~~Armor and Magic Resist, and every third stack permanently increases Harley's Attack Damage and ~~Movement Speed.

Q: Pop A Wheelie Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 CD: medium Harley pops a wheelie, gaining bonus damage reduction and become unable to attack for as long as he holds it. Reactivate the ability to end the wheelie, slamming the bike's front wheel to the ground in front of Harley. This will deal magic damage and knock back any enemies that were there. If a knocked back enemy collides with terrain, they will take bonus physical damage and be stunned. Important Note: Harley's character model is twice the length as other champions. This makes it easier for enemies to land skill shots against him. However, while Pop A Wheelie is in use his character model is cut in half so that he can dodge such attacks.

W: Chain Lash CD: short Passive: Harley' basic attacks shreds enemy slows enemies. Activate: Harley swings his chain in an arc, dealing magic damage all enemies struck. Minions and monsters struck by the chain will be knocked back. The chain will latch onto the first enemy champion struck. The enemy champion becomes suppressed and will be dragged along the ground behind Harley. The latched champion will take % max health as he is dragged. This ability can be cast during movement and the arc can target any direction. W: Reckless Abandon CD: Medium Cost: 5% current health Harley throws caution into the wind, gaining increased Attack Speed and Attack Damage for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds.

E: Dare Devil Cost: 35 Mana CD: long Harley taunts a target enemy champion. Than he dashes to him/her, knocking aside all other enemies in his way. This ability can be activated during Pop A Wheelie.

R: NITRO!!! CD: very long Harley activates his bike's nitro engine, granting him greatly increased Movement Speed, Armor, Magic Resist, Health Regeneration, and immunity to all crowd control for a short time. R: Chain Lash Cost: 80 Mana CD: long Passive: Harley' basic attacks slows enemies. Every 3rd basic attack sweeps around Harley to damage all surrounding enemies. Activate: Harley swings his chain in an arc, dealing magic damage all enemies struck. Minions and monsters struck by the chain will be knocked back. The chain will latch onto the first enemy champion struck. The enemy champion becomes suppressed and will be dragged along the ground behind Harley. The latched champion will take % max health as he is dragged. This ability can be cast during movement and the arc can target any direction.

Lore Friendly Champions: Harley is madly in love for Jinx. He is ready to give her a hand with anything she is up to. Viktor is Harley&'s source for bike parts. Harley met Ezreal on the road. The two quickly become buddies. Non-Friendly Champions: Vi, Caitlyn, and Jayce has a strong dislike for Harley mostly due to his association with Jinx and Viktor. Harley has run over a lot of Twitch's rat friends on a daily basis.
