Santa CLAWS Skarner

I wish I could make art for this happen, but I will try to describe it:

Give him a white santa beard to cover that large chin of his, and put a santa hat on. Throw on a red cloak(?) coat thing, put some Christmas wreaths around his arms and hang some mistletoe from his tail. (Who wants to kiss the scorpion?)

Other random fun ideas, instead of mistletoe, there could be a small santa bag hanging there, and when they get supressed by his ult, the graphic could change to him dragging a man (or yordle) sized bag.

his Q sound affect could be slay bells (see what I did there?) and could make puffs of snow with charged Q.

Drape some Christmas lights on him and let them light up whenever he activates his shield.

Let his E have a snow trail particle effect.

Why has this not happened yet?

Also, things NOT to do: Do not make him into a sled or sleigh. No ski treds for legs. yuck...
