Champion Concept, Alia the Bladed Beauty Supp/Tank

Alia, The Bladed Beauty - Role Support/Tank Alignment, Neutral, in a traveling play troupe Alia is a dancer for the Relion Show Troupe, she is also the troupe's body gaurd, she compounds her dancing skills with sword skills to create a magnificent performance, on lookers are invited to challengen her in battle during the show, as such she has become famous for being undefeated in combat. However during the troupes travels through Ionia they had the misfortune to encounter the serial killer Jihn, they atempted to flee, but Jihn does not miss... Although she managed to save two of the other members, the rest died, she and her companions have since devoted their lives to bringing down the Masked Vituoso.
Lore: Alia was born to a couple of musicians in the Relion Show Troupe, their names were Taria and Lanz Terozu, they were both well known musicians throughout the citystates and kingdoms of Runeterra, so much so that it was considered near tradition to have them play at peace conferences and treaty signings, they were international treasures, some even said their voices held magical properties that could soothe others. When Taria became pregnant however, things took a turn for the worse, she became deathly ill, she would die as well as lose the child, Lanz however, knew a way to at least save the child, a ritual passed down through his family, performed under a full moon, they only had one chance, they performed the ritual, however saving their daughter's life came at a cost, to satisfy the kindred, a life, for a life, but since the mother would surely die eitherway, it had to be the father, only he could do. And so, her parents both died to ensure her birth, she was raised by the troupe, they taught her both the art of the dance, and the art of the blade, by the time she was in her mid teens she had gained a moniker, The Bladed Beauty. - TBC
Abilities And Stats:
Passive - Hastened Pace When in combat Alia gains a 10/20/30/40% increase to her movement speed, at levels 1/6/11/16 respectively. This bonus diminishes over 3 secondsonce out of combat
Q - Dance of Blades Alia dashes forward, damaging all units hit for 20/40/60/80/100 + 20% of her ad. If she comes into contact with an enemy champion, she stuns them for 2 seconds but is stunned for 1 seconds. Cooldown - 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Cost - 40/45/50/55/60 Mana Range - 550 W - Dance of Wonder Alia does an enchanting dance, charming all nearby enemy champions for 2 seconds but dealing no damage. Cooldown - 24/21/18/15/12 seconds Cost - 65/80/95/110/125 Mana Range - 300
E - Dance of Moonlight Alia vaults in the direction of the mouse, throwing a volley of moonlight in the opposite direction, this volley slows enemy champions by 10/15/20/25/30% diminishing over 3 seconds. The volley will also deal 20/40/60/80/100 + 10% of her ad. Cooldown - 20/16/13/11/10 seconds Cost - 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Range - Volley - 400 in a 8th of a circle Range - Vault -- 450
R - Last Dance Alia creates a zone around her, while allies are in this zone, she takes all autoattack damage for them to defend her teamates. Cooldown - 120/110/100 secons Cost - 120 Mana Range - 400
Stats - Health 611-2432 Attack Damage 43 - 87 Health Regen 9.9 - 28.2 Attack Speed .538 (+0% - 48.3%) Mana 256 - 1352 Armor 32.9 - 98.4 Mana Regen 7.3 - 15.6 Magic Res 29.3 - 45.7 Melee 140 Movement Speed 275 Play Style Alia is a tanky support champion, her playsyle mostly consists of using her high mobility skills to lock down targets with cc so her team can catch up and get the kill. Her low damage is made up for by her extremely high amount of cc, easily disabling whole teams for multiple seconds. And in a twist on "Don't focus the tnk" her ultimate lets her cause a MASSIVE stun at low hp easily turning a fight that has gone sour into a game changing teamfight, at the cost of her own life.
