Farin, The Serendipitous
Lore: Farin has always seemingly been plagued with absolutely incredible luck, but manifesting in the worst way. Called a clutz for most his childhood, Farin tripped and stumbled through life. Later it became apparent that whenever he happened to be in harms way, he would have a much more minor, and less threatening accident, such as a stumble or fall. Seeing that he was gifted with incredible serendipity, Farin decided to use his unique trait to his advantage. Letting his abilities take their course, he began to study fighting and hand to hand combat. His opponents would never seem to land a hit as he would stumble and trip and dodge every single attack.
Farin has since become renowned for his ability to avoid death and life threatening events by sheer luck and clumsiness.

Abilities: Passive: Abused Serendipity: Farin's training means that after an accident that avoided serious harm, Farin's next ability or attack will deal 50% bonus damage.
Q: Serendipitous trip: Farin suddenly trips in the direction he's facing, negating any targeted abilities, and avoiding any damage during the animation. If Farin hits a Unit, he deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+.8 Total AD) physical damage. After tripping, Farin takes a brief time to recover from his fall. Range: 200 Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 Manacost: 30/40/50/60/70
W: False Stumble: Passive: Farin recovers from his accidents faster, allowing him to attack faster after an accident. Recovery reduction: 10/25/40/55/70%
Active: Farin feints a trip, stumbling 50 units in a target direction to deal a piercing attack that deals 50/85/120/155/190 (+1.2 Total AD) and ignores 5% of the target's armor. Range: 50 Cooldown: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds Manacost: 40/45/50/55/60
E: Grounded Roll: Farin can roll while on the ground going underneath skill shots. If Farin rolls through a unit, they are knocked down stunned for 1 second and take 10/30/50/70/90(+.8 Bonus AD). If Farin Rolls while standing, he lunges in the target direction, going into a roll traveling further, and dealing 30/70/110/150/190(+.8 Total AD) damage to the first target hit knocking them back for .25 seconds. While rolling, Farin is immune to skill shots, but while lunging, Farin is vulnerable to skill shots. Range: 250/600 (while on the ground/Standing)
R: Untouchable Fury: Farin becomes untouchable, avoiding all damage and gaining 50% Tenacity for 5/7/9 seconds, and unleashing 3/5/7 attacks at 25/35/45% damage every attack, applying on hit effects. These attacks are not enhanced by Abused Serendipity. Cooldown: 90/75/60 Manacost: 75/100/125 (Manacost scales this way because of his lower mana pool, and this is to make sure this is more accessable early)
So, I wanted to make a champ that revolves around this sort of clutsy misfortunate kinda guy where he is actually stupidly lucky, avoiding all sorts of pain and misery for a small amount of embarassment. This led to me making a character that can dodge skill shots and targeted abilties. His downside is that he's very short ranged. He can become a very problematic if he uses his roll to get in range, and then unleash silly amounts of damage through his passive and abilities. Since he can dodge abilities, he has teh ability to make some neat plays by dodging ults. When he hits 6, and he get's into a teamfight, his damage output skyrockets as he becomes nearly unkitable, and if left alone to duel someone, he can utterly destroy them.
Farin works best building items like Hydra, Phantom Dancer, Blade of the Ruined King, and other abilties that have strong on hits. His ult means that if he get's in range, he can utterly destroy them. Hydra especially is powerful since each attack from his ult procs the crescent passive.
