Alania, the Vampric Mage
Hello, this is the reconstruction of Alania, the Vampric Mage. Her previous concept was just too similar to Vladimir. I am now more knowledge about what makes a vamp a vamp, so let's get down to it.
Homeland: All, Alania has lived everywhere once or twice under different names. Currently, she lives in Noxus as Alania.

Powers:
Passive: Tainted Powers
Alania's powers spread her taint to her enemies. She has to land three abilities within 3 seconds to taint her foes. While someone is tainted, Alania is stronger against their powers and has sight of the target. They remain tainted for 2.5 seconds. Alania gains a 15% damage reduction and true sight.
_Note: Only the active ability on her W counts towards this taint. _
Q: Draining Kiss
Range: 1000
Mana: 55/65/75/85/95
Alania fires a mystical kiss in a targeted direction that flies over enemy units, damaging each one until hitting an enemy champion. The kiss deals 50/90/130/170/210 (+ 0% AD and 65% AP) magical damage. Also, this kiss transfer 25% of the damage dealt to Alania.
Cool down: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds (main poke tool)
W: Unnatural Presence
Range: 550
Health cost: 60/50/40/30/20 per second
Passive: Alania has a mystical aura that pulses out a mystic field of negative energy. This energy contains a taint of weakness that debuff all nearby enemy units. The debuff is a growing weakness that caps at 20%. An enemy loses 1% every second they are within range of the field. If someone leaves her field, the stacks rapidly deplete.
Active: Alania's presence turns into one of pain. Instead of weakening foes, she now deals magical damage per second. 25/35/45/55/65 (+ 0 AD and 25% AP) magical damage. However, this comes at a cost. This ability uses her own health as its fuel. If Alania falls below 20/25/30/35/40% health her damage increases by 20%.
Cool down (to both): 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
E: Illusion of Fangs
Range (active): 650
Mana: 60/80/100/120/140
Passive: Enemies recently damaged or weakened by her Q / W, take in 20/30/40/50/60 extra damage.
Active: Alania actives this power to create an Illusion of Fangs digging into her enemy. The pain is so great that is actually manages to deal damage. The damage dealt is worth 40/70/100/130/160 (+ 0 AD and 60% of AP) magical damage + passive. This is a point and click power. The passive is only usable with her E.
Cool down (this happens to passive as well) 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
R: Bat Storm
Range: 475
Mana: 70/60/50 per cast
Alania stores charges of her ult. She can up to a max of 3 charges. A charge comes back every x seconds (about the time that it takes Akali's to regenerate). What her ult does is this, she shatters into a furious storm of bats that is un-targetable and she flies a short distance in a given direction. If she lands on enemy units, she deals AoE damage to those she lands on. The damage she deals is worth 50/70/90 (+ 0 AD and 45% AP) magical damage.
Update
Aliana now has a slow attached to her ultimate ability. This slow is worth 5% and can stack every time she lands her ult one someone.
