Considering the name of the skin is Final Boss Veigar, can we assume it's the last skin of the Arcade line and that we won't have things like Arcade Lux? Or is it just a name you put because Veigar is evil and all?
It's seems separate from it, in a technical sense.
It's like...related to it, but not part of the set in the same way that the others are. Arcade skins seem to come out for events and are given away at them, but I don't think Final Boss will be like that.
I would guess there will be more arcade skins eventually.
we have a jungler arcade skin, a support arcade skin, and adc and now a mid laner. All we need is a top laner to have an arcade skin. I highly suspect that this is what their gonna do.

It's simply a way to say that this is gonna be the most elaborated skin in the Arcade skin-line, the one with the highest quality. Kinda like the top skin of them all, the "Final Boss". Long story short, this will be the only legendary, the rest are gonna be normal tier.
