New gamemode

Just an ideia, why not make a game mode similiar to Dota2 where you can pick the abilitys of the champion? You would pick a champion, you would have its stats and animations (possible issues with manaless champions or animarionless abilities bit whatever) and then you would pick a passive from the pool of passives (all passives if possible), you would pick three basic abilities from the pool of basic abilities (from a pool of all abilities if possible) and an ultimate (from a pool of all ultis).

It could be a temporary mode like urf, i think it would be fun altough somewhat broken but since most would be broken it would be kinda balanced.
